Crete - Lunch with the family

My dad, sister and I went for dinner at this restaurant the previous night, so today we wanted to take our mom and sister in law and brother there to try it out as the food was excellent!

The restaurant is called Manos Taverna in Chania, Crete and the address is: Akti Papanikoli, Chania 731 31, Greece for anyone who may be visiting the city of Chania... you definitely want to try out this taverna!

It was recommended to us by the hotel receptionist as we asked for somewhere where the locals eat and not a tourist place. This time I ordered a Dorado fish which came with potato and baby marrow in olive oil. My mom and sister shared some lamb-chops with a Greek salad, whilst my dad had a tomato shrimp dish. My sister in law and brother also ordered the Dorado.

They also brought us an entire complimentary loaf of bread as a starter which we could have with the local Cretan olive oil. Lastly for dessert once again complimentary on the house, they brought us Semolina cake with ice cream on top.
