Hoy les traigo una opción para preparar durante la cena y disfrutar de un rico sándwich.

Lo preparo para la cena porque tenemos más tiempo para dedicarnos a hacerlo. Es bastante completo ya que le agregamos vegetales que nos aportan vitaminas y minerales, el huevo que es una proteína muy completa y agregamos unas salchichas para acentuar más el sabor a este rico pan.

Today I bring you an option to prepare during dinner and enjoy a delicious sandwich.

I prepare it for dinner because we have more time to dedicate to it. It is quite complete since we add vegetables that provide us with vitamins and minerals, the egg which is a very complete protein and we add some sausages to accentuate the flavor of this delicious bread.

INGREDIENTES

Rodajas de pan de sándwich.
Salchichas.
Queso Mozarela.
Tomates.
Huevos.
Sal.
Pimienta.
Celeri.

Slices of sandwich bread.
Sausages.
Mozarella cheese.
Tomatoes.
Eggs.
Salt.
Pepper.
Celeri.

Preparación//Preparation

Se cortan en rodajas los tomates, las salchichas a la mitad y se baten los huevos con un poco de leche, pimienta y celeri picadito.

Slice the tomatoes, cut the sausages in half and beat the eggs with a little milk, pepper and chopped celeri.

Colocamos un sartén con un poco de aceite, colocamos una rodaja de pan. También colocamos salchichas cortadas a la mitad y sobre estas un poco de papas para perro caliente.

Place a frying pan with a little oil, place a slice of bread. We also put sausages cut in half and on top of them a little bit of hot dog potatoes.

Pasamos a agregar sobre las salchichas y papas un poco del huevo batido, rociamos un poco de celeri. Esto será parte del relleno del sándwich.

Add some of the beaten egg on top of the sausages and potatoes, sprinkle some celeri. This will be part of the sandwich filling.

Volteamos el pan y sobre este colocamos tomates y queso rallado.

Turn the bread over and place tomatoes and grated cheese on top.

Con una espátula retiramos la parte de las salchichas y demás ingredientes y lo colocamos sobre el pan con tomate y queso. Colocamos otra rodaja de pan sobre este y volteamos para que dore por el pan que acabamos de colocar.

With a spatula remove the sausages and other ingredients and place it on the bread with tomatoes and cheese. Place another slice of bread on top and flip it over so that it browns on the bread just placed.
