Hola Foodies. Espero que hayan tenido un lindo día. Hoy les vengo a compartir una receta ideal para merendar o incluso desayunar. Se trata de una tarta de yogurt, la cual lleva huevo y harina de avena, es una receta fácil, con pocos ingredientes y muy rica.

Hi Foodies. I hope you had a nice day. Today I come to share with you an ideal recipe for a snack or even breakfast. It is a yogurt cake, which has egg and oatmeal, it is an easy recipe, with few ingredients and very tasty.

Yogurt griego 100gGreek yogurt 100g
Harina de avena 40gOat flour 40g
Un huevoOne egg
Vainilla al gustoVanilla to taste


Preparación | Preparation

Primero en un recipiente se añade el yogurt, si así lo dese se le puede agregar endulzante y así se elimina el sabor ácido. Luego se le incorpora el huevo y se mezclan muy bien ambos ingredientes.

First add the yogurt in a bowl, if desired, sweetener can be added to eliminate the sour taste. Then add the egg and mix both ingredients very well.



Luego se le añade unas gotas de vainilla y la harina de avena.

Then add a few drops of vanilla and the oat flour.



La mezcla va a quedar bastante cremosa, en el molde donde se va a colocar lo forre con papel aluminio ya que es un postre húmedo y se puede pegar del molde, lo cual sera muy difícil de despegar.

The mixture will be quite creamy. In the mold where it will be placed, line it with aluminum foil since it is a wet dessert and can stick to the mold, which will be very difficult to remove.


Por ultimo se lleva al horno a 160º por 25 minutos, hasta que la parte de arriba quede dorada.

Finally, it is baked in the oven at 160º for 25 minutes, until the top is golden brown.



La tarta se deja reposar por una hora y luego se retira del molde. Al enfriarse reduce su tamaño pero a pesar de ello queda deliciosa, a esta le coloque mantequilla de maní para decorar y le dio un toque extra al sabor.

The cake is left to rest for an hour and then it is removed from the mold. When it cools down it reduces its size but it is still delicious. I added peanut butter to decorate it and it gave it an extra touch to the flavor.
