Ingredientes:

✅ 400grs de carne molida
✅ 2 papas
✅ 2 huevos
✅ 1 tomate
✅ 1 cebolla
✅ 1 pimentón
✅ 1 cubito
✅ 1 diente de ajo
✅ 1 cucharadita de sal
✅ 1 cucharadita de orégano
✅ 1 cucharadita de comino
✅ 1 cucharada de salsa de tomate
✅ 1 cucharadita de moztaza
✅ 1 cucharadita de salsa de soya
✅ 2 cucharadas de aceite
✅ 1/ 2 taza de agua
✅ 1 taza de arroz
✅ 1 platano

Ingredients:
✅ 400 grams of ground beef

✅ 2 eggs

✅ 1 paprika

Preparación:

Comienzo cortar papas, tomate, cebolla, pimentón, ajo en cuadritos pequeños.

Luego en un sarten precalentar dos cucharadas de aceite agregar ajo sofreír un poco luego agregar las papas y sofreír por 5 minutos.

Agregar luego tomate, cebolla, pimentón seguír sorfriendo y luego agregar la carne molida.

Añadir comino, orégano, cubito revolver muy bien.

Agregar sala de tomates, moztaza y salsa de soya y media taza de agua tapar y dejar cocinar hasta que las papas estén suaves.

Cuando ya las papas estén suaves agregar los huevos con una cucharadita de sal revolver y dejar secar.

Servir con tajadas y arroz previamente listo para acompañar esta rica y deliciosa carne molida.
