Un cordial saludos a toda esa gente maravillosa de Hive, hoy les voy a enseñar como preparar un delicioso guiso de costillas de res con vegetales, un almuerzo distinto a los demás, ya que las costillas de res normalmente la preparan para hacer una sopa o un hervido. Para aquel que no la a probado los invito que la aprueben, es muy sabrosa, la pueden acompañar con lo que prefieran, yo la acompañe con arroz y plátano frito.
A continuación el paso a paso.

A cordial greeting to all those wonderful people of Hive, today I am going to show you how to prepare a delicious beef ribs stew with vegetables, a lunch different from the others, since the beef ribs are usually prepared to make a soup or a boiled. For those who have not tried it, I invite you to try it, it is very tasty, you can serve it with whatever you prefer, I served it with rice and fried plantain.

Ingredientes:

  • (500 kg) de costilla de res.
  • Vegetales (1 zanahoria, 2 papas y 1 berenjena).
  • aliños (3 ajíes, 1 cebolla, 3 dientes de ajo, 1 ramita de cilantro y cebollin).
  • Sal.
  • (1) cubito.
  • Onoto.
  • Aceite.
  • Orégano molido.

  • Seasonings (3 chili peppers, 1 onion, 3 cloves of garlic, 1 sprig of coriander and onion).

  • Ground oregano.

  • Con las costillas de res bien lavadas, la colocamos en una olla con suficiente agua hasta que ablande, cuando ya estén bien blanda la reservamos y comenzamos a cortar todos los aliños (cebolla, ají, las ramitas de cilantro y cebollin, junto con los 3 dientes de ajo triturado), lo agregamos en una olla a sofreír con un poquito de aceite.

  • Con el aliño ya sofrito le agregamos las costillas, para que comience a sazonarse junto con el agua donde se sancocho, y le agregamos un poquito de onoto para darle color al guiso, luego le agregamos 1 cucharadita de orégano molido, 1 pisca de sal y el cubito.

Step 2:

  • With the seasoning already sofrito we add the ribs, so that it begins to season along with the water where it is parboiled, and we add a little bit of onoto to give color to the stew, then we add 1 teaspoon of ground oregano, 1 pisca of salt and the cube.

  • Mientras que el guiso se sazona con los aliños, lavamos bien los vegetales (la berenjena, la zanahoria y las papas), lo pelamos y lo picamos en trozos , para agregarlo al guiso, lo tapamos y esperamos que los vegetales estén bien cocidos.

Step 3:

  • While the stew is seasoned with the seasonings, we wash well the vegetables (the eggplant, carrot and potatoes), peel it and chop it into pieces , to add it to the stew, cover it and wait for the vegetables to be well cooked.
