RRR - THE most Visually Stunning Film that is full of entertainment

in CineTV2 years ago

It broke the record for the highest opening-day collection earned by an Indian film

RRR.jpg

This was our first movie after Covid - though we were late to the party. We are big fans of watching movie in a theater but last two years has been absolute pain, not being able to go to a hall. RRR tempted us to start the trend again, after hearing lot of positive news about RRR from close friends. It's like a movie that we should not miss - such was comments from close sources. So we decided to go to watch it at Cinepolis - it was almost empty when we booked the tickets, as it has been running since long. However, to our surprise we saw many people in the theater.

Coming to the plot (story) of the movie, its super fictitious - British Governor's wife taking a young tribal girl for singing and then the tribe's protector chasing the British to rescue the girl, meeting Ram serving as a police officer on the British side - the second powerful character in the movie. Everything in the story (You can read it here) is filmy (will appear unreal) but you will still enjoy it knowing that its filmy - the reason is that, it's packed with action from start to end and will never leave you bored at any point of time. And the visuals are indeed stunning - Never did I see such a visually stunning Indian movie. The 3D effect does add beautifully to the visuals, but hats off to the producers spending ₹5.5 billion (US$72 million) finally to make this a reality - you will love each frame in the movie. Usually we see Indian movies based on a single hero, but here you will see two superheroes showcasing their power packed action making it a visual spectacle. I highly recommend you watch this movie with your family - ya,it's a complete family movie - though the violence may not be suitable for very small kids.

The Water.jpg

Rise Roar Revolt.jpg

Rise Roar Revolt - That's the buzz and the movie perfectly portrays it in the visuals. Interestingly, it relates all the unrelated pieces ( the British, the tribe, the wild, our mythology , freedom, culture) mounted on a very large scale to not even allow you to think when you are watching. But once you are done, you will wonder, how they came up with such ideas - super fun...You will feel like super recharged after watching this :)

And coming out, the kids were super hungry even after having two big popcorn's that costs no less than a lunch ( ya, they are priced super high at Cinepolis but who wants to miss them), so they wanted to eat out whatever available readily instead of going and sitting in a restaurant. And the popcorn reminds me a nice comedy - I was about to go to pick them in the midst of the movie and the lady was about to tell them to pause the movie - for a moment, she thought we are at our home :)

Do you notice anything unusual in this post ? The first person who finds out the right answer would get 5 hive from me. And hey @cinetv , I tried to write my first post in the community from the cinetv frontend but I got network error for almost every other image upload, is there some restrictions around the size of the images ?

i always prefer the Bollywood movies. indian movies are full of comedy, romance and learning as well 👍👍👍

This is really nice time out with family and friends. Smiles.. did the whole family go out with glasses to watch the movie or it was given at a cinema?

I was about to go to pick them in the midst of the movie and the lady was about to tell them to pause the movie - for a moment, she thought we are at our home :)

Lol this is funny 😅😂…

Ya, we laughed a lot - a loyal wife :)

Hey mate; glad to see you in CineTV!

How awesome is it to be back doing 'normal'. I went to the theatre last Friday and it was the first time in many months, and before that, felt like years, right? The absence of doing it, I think, has made it an even better outing.

I read your post twice trying to find the 'unusual' thing you referenced at the bottom of your post. The best I was able to come up with: you have taken a photograph in front of a film banner - and it wasn't the film you seen? Herop - something.

Or - you have 'The Fire', 'The Water' images - but you don't have the third R - was it Air?

Either way, have a good one.

That was what I was going to say xD he didn't said the Third R. That and his son is using a mask twice and holding one in his hand in one of the photos, and none one else from the family is wearing it.

Looks like we can see it in Australia. Might have to now he made it sound so good..

Indian film RRR strikes box office gold after debuting behind The Batman - ABC News https://www.abc.net.au/news/2022-04-09/indian-film-rrr-wins-big-at-aussie-box-office/100977988

before that, felt like years

I simply love the theaters - its very relaxing, at least couple in a month are no less than stress free medicines. And good try with your guess, but there is something else which is funny.

Sounds like a great movie - if it comes here I will go and see it. I had to smile when you mention that your wife wanted to pause the movie. I know that feeling.
Great that you are able to go to the cinema again.

I'm actually glad you had your family time watching movies, I'm not sure if I will ever get to watch RRR, because Indian films are rarely translated to Spanish or even shown on Latin America cinemas at all, but when a streaming service with English subs get it, i might be able to see it.

3 things seemed unusual to me, one the subway cub is like that on your country? IN here is a word with no symbol, what is your daughter eating that is purple, I don't really know, but it doesn't look quite like ice cream and the last one, who is the man that went to the cinema with you, I haven't seen him in your post before(That i remember of) xD that is because you asked: Do you notice anything unusual in this post ?

Those would be my best bests, the last one being the biggest one :)

the man that went to the cinema with you, I haven't seen him in your post before

Good guesses, but not the right answer :) He is my wife's maternal uncle - he is now our regular friend for movies enjoying kid's company.

Hahaha well if I miss my shot is alright, after all I just liked to read your post and after reading the RRR wiki I'm wondering if I will get to see it at all 😁 Because it looks good to me, it seems like a really good film

Oh, and I forgot, why aren't you wearing mouth covers? On your country, is allowed to go out without it? In Venezuela is not allowed still :(

Yes, all restrictions lifted now - getting herd immunity probably :)

I'm glad, because the facemask are hard to deal with, specially if you possess a pre-existent breathing problem.

Who wants to wear it anyways unless its forced :)

Your son is wearing it in one of the photos for some weird reason, xD And in another one he is holding it on his hand?

He is yet to leave the habit :) Because their school is telling them to wear where as no one wears it at public places. The school is worried if the regulators will impose some fine in case :)

So is the RRR thing ? the missing one R, Air, Fire and water. Air is missing :)

I have still not watched it 🥺

Must watch.

You and your family really had fun going out to chill, watch movie and have amazing and lovely dishes which is really nice and awesome.

Indian films have always been attracting the audience with romance, passion, excitement and heroes. I think they should stay away from violence for the sake of youngsters. Do you agree with me?

Well, I agree, but the violence in this movie is not destructive which is good. It showcases the revolt against unjustified torture.

The place is full of attendees, they are excited to see the first movie for a long time. Next time try eating ice cream and French fries while you're watching, you'll get more attention and enthusiasm.
good morning

This movie will not let you eat ice cream :) - if you do not focus on ice cream alone.

To be honest, RRR is actually one of the best movies in recent times. Though I did not go to a Movie theatre to watch it, still visually stunning on the phone screen too.

Ya, I was amazed with the visuals - probably the best in an Indian movie I have watched.

Great family time out. I think, from the movies to eating out to doing hanging out and having a nice time. I would say my favorite was the food despite the fact that I'm a movie person. Hahaha.

Usually I don't like the food in these outlets, instead I prefer a fine dine. But still we enjoyed it - the kids got what they wanted :)

Looks like fun and you made it sound worth watching! You guys always look so super stylish when you go out and seem to have so much fun together.

The lady want a complete wardrobe change of mine :) Ya, the movie is really worth watching, if you can.

Great vacation for the whole family, you are so beautiful and happy. I also can not upload images, apparently I need to change the format. You are without masks, and it already seems unusual. In our country, the mask regime is valid until May 31.

No mask - building herd immunity :) What format needs to be changed ? I think, format is not an issue, because some of them load fine, may be some size restrictions.

I scale down the image to 750 pixels. Everything is loading

May be that is the catch - it expects images of low size.

Try it, it works for me.

That movie definitely look like a big hit already in the industry. It will be worth checking it out

Ya, its full of entertainment - 3 hrs you will loose yourself.

Going to the cinema is so entertaining. Rise Roar Revolt seems a great movie. Unusual is that in the photo your son is almost as tall as you !

Thanks for the try, but not the right one :)

Over two years was so longest without watch movies since film hall. However finally you reached there with loving family. I couldn't watch any newly released movies recently.

the reason is that, it's packed with action from start to end and will never leave you bored at any point of time

Of course, I believe Rise Roar Revolt movie is superb one for who'll prefer to watch film start to end without laziness.

The theaters are not open yet at your place ?

Still opening few theaters. But can't find good action movies there.

I like Tamil or Telugu movies very much. NTR's movies are very beautiful. He is an extraordinary actor. This picture is really awesome. Have a great time with family.

Ya, Telugu movies are now becoming blockbusters.

It's nice to go to the cinema again. Good thing the covid is finally over.

Thanks for sharing your experience!

Hi Sanjeev, that looks like a fun day out with the family. Watching the first film after so long in a cinema makes it already worthwhile even more when you enjoy the film in 3D. It's been a long time since I watched a Bollywood film.
