Well that's an extremely bad idea and mistake because that immediately called in Ukrainian artillery making for some phenomenal losses and completely shutting down the entire attempt Russian forces had at crossing a simple river. The fact that Russians can't cross something River and get brutalized over and over every single time they tried is now paying huge dividends.
Just in South we see constant frontal attacks being launched on the Ukrainian line. However the Ukrainian line gently gives and allows for tactical retreats. Something Russian forces are unable to comprehend. The more that we see this conflict continue the higher casualty counts we are getting in this area. Human wave attacks just really are not getting the job done and there is absolutely no communication with Russian units in between each other that are not being listened to by Ukrainian forces.

However war is dangerous and the legend of these heroes grows every single day, the entire world is learning how capable the Ukrainian military is.

Keeping these huge pieces of equipment going is pretty important however watching one of them break down on front line and getting towed off and then within an hour both of them back to work at the front lines is pretty incredible. Massive amounts of ability and capability is involved with these. The fact that these huge vehicles are equipped with an artillery piece is really awesome.
After a while these individuals just stopped counting as the combat effectiveness of these units is massive. This unit is probably responsible for about 1% of the entire Russian military losses. Might want to explain that to Putin. Especially since Chechnya, Ukraine Georgia and Ukraine again?
It is very sad that neither side appears interested in a diplomatic solution to this conflict. The chair of the US Army General Staff General Mark Milley in December 2022 basically said that this war will only be brought to a halt by a diplomatic solution.
