COVID-19 Infects Humans Better than Other Animals According to Study

in Deep Dives4 years ago

Some interesting news came out about studies done on the 'novel' coronavirus, COVID-19. It seems that the virus more easily infects humans than non-human animals. This shouldn't be the case for a virus that allegedly is "natural" and jumped from non-humans to humans.

In a new study by Flinders University Professor Nikolai Petrovsky, COVID-19 looks like it could have been a "cell-culture" that was made to be highly adaptable to humans more than non-human animals. Even more so than bats, the alleged source of the novel coronavirus that somehow spread to humans.

Looking for a vaccine or drug to treat COVID-19, Petrovsky modeled how the virus targets 12 exotic and domestic animals to try to find the source of the virus. WHat he found was that it targets humans more potently than any other animal tested.

"The results clearly show that the COVID-19 virus is exquisitely adapted to infect humans."

"The virus's ability to bind protein on human cells was far greater than its ability to bind the same protein in bats, which argues against bats being a direct source of the human virus."

Pangolins animals are another species whose cells bound strongly with COVID-19. They have been illegally imported to China.

"While it has been suggested by some Chinese scientists that the COVID-19 virus might have been transmitted to humans from pangolins, currently available data does not support this idea."

The ACE2 receptor in the lung-cells is where the virus is binding more tightly than other animals. Petrovsky says it's like it was designed to infect humans. It's either

"It was like it was designed to infect humans."

"One of the possibilities is that an animal host was infected by two coronaviruses at the same time and COVID-19 is the progeny of that interaction between the two viruses."

"The same process can happen in a petri-dish. If you have cells in culture and you have human cells in that culture which the viruses are infecting, then if there are two viruses in that dish, they can swap genetic information and you can accidentally or deliberately create a whole third new virus out of that system."

"In other words COVID-19 could have been created from that recombination event in an animal host or it could have occurred in a cell-culture experiment."

Mainstream scientists are reluctant to come to these conclusions. The mainstream narrative is that the virus came from the Wuhan wet market. Recent news about the government investigating the possibility that the virus came from the Wuhan P4 lab has been denounced by some, and accepted unquestioningly by others.

As to why scientists want to stick with a more natural source for the virus, Petrovsky suggests it's about keeping funding going for viral tinkering:

"For instance, if it was to turn out that this virus may have come about because of an accidental lab release that would have implications for how we do viral research in laboratories all around the world which could make doing research much harder. So I think the inclination of virus researchers would be to presume that it came from an animal until proven otherwise because that would have less ramifications for how we are able to do research in the future. The alternative obviously has quite major implications for science and science on viruses, not just obviously political ramifications which we’re all well aware of.

Petrovsky wants officials to investigate scientifically to determine the true origin of the virus. His work is undergoing peer-review, so it is to be taken with a grain of salt. But it does seem odd that the virus would have mutated naturally, and done it so well in a short period of time.

Nobel Prize-winning scientist Luc Montagnier also suggested COVID-19 was bio-engineered when he looked at it. He accused "molecular biologists" of having inserted DNA sequences from HIV into a coronavirus strain to make it more infectious. Other scientists have denounced the HIV discovering scientist for his claims as having lost his marbled and to not pay attention to him. I think we should be paying attention to what he says, and replicating what he claims to have discovered, not dismissing it because it seems "unbelievable".

It could have come from Wuhan, or the US where the government gave the coronavirus to the Wuhan lab and funded the Wuhan lab for a while. This is known and documented, no matter what the lying fact checkers say. It could be natural, have leaked in the US or China. There are reports of a mysterious respiratory illness in NOvermber-December of 2019 in the US.

What do you think? Is COVID-19 natural, or created in a lab?

Thank you for providing good work consistently! I have to try to catch up with real news!
Cheers.

Welcome, just something to consider among the other information ;)

Yup! There’s so much going on. This is the turning point, I think! The gloves are off! More conflicts are in the open but some people are still sleeping!
