Understanding The Essence Of Maintain A Stable Mental Health Even At The Expense Of Hitting Goals & Ambitions

Our lives are hierarchical in all sense this is because we are surrounded by people who wants us to meet a certain deadline or expectations and we in turn have people who we want them to meet a certain deadline or expectations and this forms a cyclical process of a sort and becomes what we deem to be movement, progress or even growth. Sometimes our mind works faster than our bodies this is because the mind is intangibly superfluous, it is limitless it has no physicality or a certain kind of limitation to it, it possesses the ability to express beyond boundaries and everything it expresses is what our bodies will try to achieve, bring to reality or even accomplish. If we fail to find an equilibrium between our bodies and mind then there will be a certain kind of disparity which can be bad.

Walking the three crosses with my three children ♰

Three children you may ask? Yes. I also have a cat who is very much part of the family and behaves just like one of the kids in so many ways. She loves walking with us wherever we go and when she is in unfamiliar territory like this she will always stay within earshot, usually right at our side.

The walk actually consists of 14 crosses and takes one to our nearest summit, which if you recall I did this summer.

Healthy and nutritious plants in an eco-village

Most houses in eco-village are surrounded by trees and plants. That alone we could tell that our life is already healthy. The air that we breathe and the views that we see. Sometimes our mind could make us healthier. Why? It's because we have a peaceful mind and that nature influences us. Unlike in the Cities that the surroundings will make us more stress. The crowded people and traffic. We can ignore the work because it's part of our life to survive in this world.

But the main reason why we are healthy is the foods that we will eat.

Grain, Scaffold, Insulation, Hike - Saturday

I waited until about 7:30 to leave to go get grain yesterday as I needed to hit up Harbor Freight once they opened after 8 am. I picked up two barrels and dropped off the two empties at the brewery first then stopped at the store.

ecoVillages Journal #37: Another Day Another Deck!

Helping others in need is a part of daily life, in this region at least! Could I have chosen a more perfect place to help sew the seeds and lay the foundations for a new world forming in many rural areas including Portugal! Most people I know are hosting several people who need a place to call home and want to exchange whatever time and energy they have toward making the land in this region fertile and abundant again. Those who are choosing this path will be ready for whatever happens next. It isn’t easy, and it isn’t always fun, but it is important enough that thousands of us have left what lives we had behind and have taken up this new exciting path.

6 More Free Saved Items Sold For $1,245 & Wine (?)... A Win-Win For The Environment

With crypto running, my recycling effort doesn't falter.

With many wallowing in uncertainty and fear, my recycling effort also never falters.

We need a planet to live (or wallow) on, depending on how one chooses to see it.

With crypto projects marketing how they'll lower carbon emissions versus BTC mining, why don't we just save stuff with our bare hands in the meantime?

Finds have been great. Some have blown my mind, but haven't sold yet. You'll see in time.

Sales have been solid. Still trying to sell more for cash in-person to reduce my footprint.

Per usual, below are 6 more items personally plucked from my neighborhood's curbside recycling that I recently sold. Just a small snapshot for inspiration and ideas...

NATURE // demonstration of its maximum and powerful scope

Welcome to all those users of the platform #hive, continuing with the socialization of topics associated with natural aspects, biodiversity, sustainable development and environmental care, in this issue that we will share with the community of @ecotrain, we will address the rights that from my perspective nature demands of us. Therefore, this issue is useful to address relevant aspects that have been presented in this year 2020, where economic, environmental and health problems have been the trend in recent months. The issue of coronaviruses and the fall of the big economies have fixed the attention of citizens and big governments, leaving aside the collateral effects that our unsustainable evolutionary process has caused in the environment.

Throughout history, man has been developing activities that threaten natural biotic systems, injecting thousands of tons of waste into the different spaces of our planet, ranging from the production of solid waste that ends up accumulating in aquifer areas and representing a potential threat to aquatic species in these ecosystems.
