Guess who just got a promotion!

Yup, this Praying Mantis was found elsewhere on the property. Monster Truck decided that it would be a good idea to bring it up to the garden, and put it to work in our Organic Pest Control Posse. He chose to drop it off on the Chnese Red Noodle Beans, because they were near where I was working, and he wanted to show me as well.

Praying Mantises are predatory insects that eat smaller creatures, so they can help keep pests down that would attack our produce. It's so cool to see these creatures around the property, and we are blessed to be able to have them help out in the garden too. Here's some more photos of this crazy cool creature. Enjoy!
