Learn to stop complaining!

Complain is inevitable. Yeah, that’s what I think. Because not only about others, we continuously complain about ourselves too.

What if we stop complaining? What if we run a trial for a week or more to see if we can live without complaining? We can try this, right?

It sounds simple to stop complaining for a few days but you will find it the most difficult one. Because I’ve been there. And that’s why I learned it may feel tough but it’s possible and it’s very beneficial for our future journey.

We have to understand that ‘complaining’ can’t bring any gain. It doesn’t help to improve ourselves or others. It just makes the situation worse. We can acknowledge weaknesses, mistakes in different ways. Not necessarily we have to complain. Also, complaining doesn’t make us a better person. Showing others ‘low’ don’t make us superior. This understanding is very necessary to improve our lives.

However, it’s true that there’s a high chance that we will unknowingly make complaints. But take this seriously and you will find how different people you become, how much improvement you have made as a person. Because our words, action, and behavior will no longer hurt others and us as well. And we will get more time to focus on ‘development’ rather finding scope to make complain.

Try to criticize objectively if you feel necessary. Don’t play the blame game, with you and others as well. Making constructive criticism can be a better alternative to complaining. And putting intentional effort to not complain can help us get rid of it gradually. But we have to be aware that how not complaining can help us become a better person. I believe this understanding is the most necessary one.

This reminds a bit of the 4 agreements. A difficult task to not complaon for a week but totally doable!
