Estoy encantada de participar en este grandioso concurso realizado por @brittandjosie donde mostraremos mínimo tres fotos con una bolsa, cartera, maleta ó fotos de las bolsas y su contenido.
Cuando leí este concurso, empecé a recordar lo que realmente utilizo con frecuencia, hace dos años me mudé a un sitio de mucha naturaleza y espacios para ejercitar, así que actualmente he creado mis propias rutinas de ejercicios aprovechando las bondades de vivir aquí, todas las tardes y si el clima me lo permite, subo a un sitio que le decimos la colina o agarro otro subida que va hacia las últimas residencias, comienzo caminando y luego troto hasta cumplir alrededor de 20 minutos de calentamiento.
Luego de esto, empiezo con mi entrenamiento, por eso llevo mi bolso con un mat, dos pesas de 5 kilos cada una, dos pesas para colocar en los tobillos de 2 kilos cada una, mini-bandas para la activación de los músculos, cuerda de saltar para fializar con cardio, repelente, agua, toalla y audífonos inalambrico para escuchar mpusica mientras ejecuto los ejercicios.
Es muy cómico cuando salimos porque no puede faltar esa muñequita amarilla que llevo en estos bolsos, es de mi hija y sin ella de seguro lloraría por todo el camino.
Otra de las cosas que me sucede es que cuando mi esposo necesita las gotas para los ojos, le digo: ¡Búscalas en mi bolso! el procede a hacerlo, pero no las consigue, así que sutilmente me acerco meto mi mano y le digo: Oye, ¡pero si estaba allí mismo!🤣🤣🤣 Es típico que suceda.
Como les comenté en mi bolso de dia, no debe faltar esta linda muñeca llamada Lem pues es la que acompaña a mi hija mientras estamos haciendo diligencias, sin ella creo que mi hija no dejaría de llorar, así que tampoco terminaría con mis compras , también llevo su tapabocas extra, frutas pues su favorita es el durazno, chocolate relleno de coco y una galleta Maria.
Además, debo llevar, repelente para insectos, donde vivo es montañoso, seguro hay zancudos queriendo picar y no tanto a mi hija sino a mi 🤣 también llevo gel antibacterial, bacitracina, ibuprofeno, gotas para los ojos, atamel forte por si me empieza a doler la cabeza.
Últimamente no estoy viendo bien, así que tuve que recurrir a mis lentes el cual tenía abandonados en mi gaveta de la mesa de noche, mis llaves no deben faltar pues sin ellas como entro o salgo de mi casa. 🤣😜 las tengo en un estuche que realicé con el logo de #HIVE.
Generalmente salgo maquillada, hay veces que salgo tan apurada que me toca hacerlo en el auto, así que llevo corrector de ojeras marca Salomé, compacto en polvo marca Nayleen, sombras, brillo, labial protector marca Nivea excelente para días muy soleados o lluviosos que es cuando más se agrietan los labios y mi máscara para pestañas que no debe faltar, primero muerta que sencilla 😂🤣 También el espejo me sirve para revisar cuando entre alguna basura en mi ojo, o ver que tanto se me ha caído el maquillaje y requiera de un retoque para las fotos..
Otras de las cosas necesarias en mi cartera o bolso, monedero, pasaporte porque acabo de extraviar mi cédula, tapabocas K95, audífonos, Vick VapoRub para cualquier evento de picadas 😂 y mis toallas diarias, que también sirve en caso de emergencia. Pues las mujeres tenemos que estar preparas en todo momento.
No se nos puede olvidar una moñera, ganchitos, liga extra para el cabello, estoy pensando incluir una bolsa ecológica siempre es indispensable.
No soy una persona que cambia tanto de bolso, siempre uso estos tres bolsos que son mi favoritos.

I am thrilled to participate in this great contest by @brittandjosie where we will show at least three photos with a bag, purse, suitcase or photos of the bags and their contents.
When I read this contest, I started to remember what I really use frequently, two years ago I moved to a place with a lot of nature and spaces to exercise, so now I have created my own exercise routines taking advantage of the benefits of living here, every afternoon and if the weather allows me, I go up to a place we call the hill or grab another climb that goes to the last residences, I start walking and then jogging to fulfill about 20 minutes of warm up.
After this, I start with my training, so I carry my bag with a mat, two weights of 5 kilos each, two weights to place on the ankles of 2 kilos each, mini-bands for muscle activation, jumping rope for cardio workouts, pellets, water, towel and wireless headphones to listen to music while doing the exercises.

It is very funny when we go out because you can't miss that little yellow doll that I carry in these bags, it is my daughter's and without it she would surely cry all the way.
Another thing that happens to me is that when my husband needs the eye drops, I tell him: look for them in my purse! he proceeds to do it, but he doesn't get them, so I subtly reach in my hand and tell him: hey, but it was right there!🤣🤣🤣🤣 It's typical that it happen
As I told you in my day bag, I must not miss this cute doll called Lem as it is the one that accompanies my daughter while we are running errands, without it I think my daughter would not stop crying, so I would not finish with my shopping, I also carry her extra snacks, fruits as her favorite is the peach, chocolate filled with coconut and a Maria cookie.
Also, I should bring, insect repellent, where I live is mountainous, for sure there are mosquitoes wanting to bite and not so much my daughter but me 🤣 I also bring antibacterial gel, bacitracin, ibuprofen, eye drops, atamel forte in case my head starts to hurt.
Lately I'm not seeing well, so I had to resort to my glasses which I had abandoned in my nightstand drawer, my keys should not be missing because without them as I enter or leave my house. 🤣😜 I have them in a case I made with the #HIVE logo.
I usually go out with my makeup on, there are times when I go out in such a hurry that I have to do it in the car, so I carry Salomé under eye concealer, Nayleen powder compact, eye shadows, gloss, Nivea brand protective lipstick excellent for very sunny or rainy days which is when lips crack the most and my mascara that should not miss, first dead than simple 😂🤣 Also the mirror serves me to check when some garbage enters my eye, or see how much I have fallen makeup and require a retouch for photos.
Other necessary things in my wallet or purse, purse, passport because I just lost my ID, tapabocas K95, earphones, Vick VapoRub for any stinging event 😂 and my daily towels, which also serves in case of emergency. Well, we women have to be prepared at all times.
We can't forget a bathing bag, clips, extra hair tie, I'm thinking of including an ecological bag is always a must.
I'm not a person who changes bags that much, I always use these three bags that are my favorite.
I always keep this in mind: "Prevented woman is worth two"

Hola @ayleenr. Las mujeres metemos de todo en los bolsos. 🤣 Recuerdo que cuando mis niños estaban pequeños yo pase de usar carteras a pañaleras y casi que metia la casa completa en ella 😂. Ahora estoy como tu cuando voy a practicar mis rutinas. Pero cuando voy a salir con mi familia ahora solo llevo una carterita pequeña con lápiz labial, mi celular y mi cédula de identidad.Los niños por otro lado llevan su bolso aparte con todo lo necesario para ellos 🤣

Hola Ayleen, no me sorprende que puedas llevar tantas cosas, en especial medicamentos, cuando tenemos niños pequeños, debemos salir preparados, como si nos vamos a mudar. Así somos las madres. Sabes mi hermana gemela se llama también Aileen.
