Game Rules

Those are the rules of the game. That's what everyone told me when it came to money, success or beauty. Yes, yes, beauty is next to money and success.(very weird). It's okay, just pretend to be someone else, play that game with them. Pretend it doesn't hurt, just smile.

Maybe that's why my loved ones still don't understand sometimes when I joke and when I cry...

I won't "open one's veins," as I like to say, when I'm trying to get the obvious things out. Obvious things that we used to "overlook." It's been useless for a long time. It has always been useless, though. I just fed myself the hopes that I was making a difference.

Nothing can change unless it wants to.

An open soul doesn't lead to an opening under a mask. Never.

We'll just keep playing the game. Only on different sides of the barricades. The rest of us die...^(alive) People who can't be seen from under the clothes of the successful players of this world. No one is interested in intelligence, sincerity and tons of text. There are beautiful influencers, 240 characters and a badass bow on a badass photo...

These masks will also be ripped off by these same fans when the game becomes boring. Fast content leads to quick conclusions^{(does it lead to anything at all?)}, fast life, fast money, and fast death. As soon as you notice yourself flipping through the feed every day, all day, you're already in the game!

Look, is this your life? Is this your game?

Even in the midst of a fucking daily routine, it's possible to be oneself for even a few seconds.^{(Is it possible?)} That's enough to start with, if those seconds consist of losing something worthwhile for the sake of helping someone in need.

Ready to move a grandmother across the street, feed a homeless person, or give your last dollar while you get fired from your job?

How many times have I heard that. How many more times will I have to hear it...

Ever notice how wise people or old people are mostly silent? No words can change anything if there is a stone on the other side of the wall. You can only make it worse. And I did... The robot nodded back at me and went on with its business. Nothing changed. Everyone played their roles in a game that wasn't their own... I had to change myself.

No more resentment, no more lecturing, much less yelling. )^{(no, I'll leave the yelling alone🤪} Never again. At least no more yelling to be heard.
