Bienvenidos a mi blog, hoy vamos a hacer la reparación de una de mis pasiones, las motos, en este caso es el asiento, como pueden ver estar descocido y fue un poco descuido, se ha ido descociendo por el uso y se ha abierto por completo.
The materials that we are going to use are nylon thread, thick needle and scissors, screwdriver, stapler and staples.
Los materiales que vamos a utilizar es hilo nylon, aguja gruesa y tijeras, destornillador, grapadora y grapas.
Once the seat is released, the old staples that are on the edges are removed to be able to loosen the fabric that covers it.
Una vez suelto el asiento, se procede a quita las grapas viejas que se encuentran en los borde para poder zafar la tela que lo cubre.
There you will find a plastic support that has the function of tightening the fabric and that it does not wrinkle, with the tips of a scissors do it.
Allí encontraras en soporte de plástico que tiene como función tensar la tela y que no se arrugue, con las puntas de una tijera lo realice.
After there I started to sew it, I used the same holes to follow the original seam, there I passed it with double thread and passed it through both directions to finish the seams.
Después de allí comencé a coserlo, utilicé los mismos huecos para seguir la costura original, allí le pase con doble hilo y la pase por el ambos sentido para rematar las costura.

Una vez hecho esto le pase el hilo por el borde, para que quedada más fuerte, ya que esta parte del asiente soporta el peso del conductor.
Once the seat is ready, now the fabric is fixed to the rubber and in turn to the plastic structure, and for this the plastic support that stretches the fabric was sewn, here the thing was complicated since it must be tempered to fabric and Sewing, I fixed one end well and then I was adjusting each point and I was taking the fabric to its place, you must be patient and verify the texture of the fabric above the seat.
Una vez listo el asiento, ahora queda fija la tela en la goma y a su vez a la estructura de platico, y para ello se cosió el soporte de plástico que estira la tela, aquí se complicó la cosa ya que debe ir templando a tela e ir cosiendo, yo fije un extremo bien y luego fui ajustando cada punto y fui llevando la tela a si sitio, se debe tener paciencia e ir verificando la textura de la tela por arriba del asiento.
Then it is time to staple the edge, this stage is very delicate, you must first make the ends and temper the fabric and eliminate the wrinkles, I do it by passing my hand with pressure, in this way it is easier, do not pull the edge you can to break.
Después toca grapar el borde, esta etapa es muy delicada, se debe hacer primero los extremos e ir templando la tela y eliminando las arrugar, yo lo hago pasándole la mano con presión, de esta forma es más fácil, no jalen el borde se puede romper.
It is important to clarify that the staples should not be placed in the same place as the old staples, since this area is worn and weak, and to avoid its breakage it is placed in a different place.
Es importante aclara que las grapas no debe ser colocadas en el mismo lugar de las grapas viejas, ya que esta zona esta desgastada y débil, y para evitar su ruptura se coloca en un lugar diferente.
