in NeedleWorkMonday3 years ago

HIve there!

Today I come to share with you one of my favorite hobbies and another of the activities that helped me make strict quarantine more enjoyable during the first months of the Pandemic.

For me, and I think many people agree, that it is a super noble, productive and meditative task. It helps you focus and, I assure you, it becomes an addiction! When you start a project you don't want to stop until you see it finished.

Task inherited from our ancestors. You only need a hook and thread.
Yes, I am talking about crochet!

English

In this opportunity I would like to share a shopping bag to take to the market, to the greengrocer, to the bakery, to always carry it in your bag for when you need it, and incidentally do the planet a favor by reducing the use of plastic bags.

Nueve varetas.

Debes tener 36 arcos.

Reretirás este motivo en 20 vueltas.

English

It is on net stich.

You pick up a chain and start the motif:

A single crochet.
Five chains.

You leave a chain unwoven and repeat all the way around.

The last reason for the return will be:

A single crochet.
Two chains.
A double crochet in the first stitch where the round started.

In this way, the point remains in the center of the arch to start the next round.

You must have 36 arches.

You will withdraw this motif in 20 laps.

ASAS // HANDLES

IMG_7347.jpeg

English

From the last arch that you have knitted, count 14 arches and place a marker.

Start by lifting a chain, and repeat the motif of the net stitch (single crochet. Five chains.) Until you reach the chain-space before 14, where you will close the round with a single crochet in the third chain of that chain-space.

Use the marker to also mark the first arc of the round.

The first round of the handle should have 13 arches.

You turn the fabric, lift a chain and repeat the motif. One single crochet, five chains.

You must form 12 arches.

You will repeat this decrease procedure for 11 laps, until you have 3 arches left.

IMG_7348.jpeg

English

To close you lift a chain, knit a single crochet over the arch and three chains.
Single crochet in the center arch and three other chains.
Single crochet in the third chain of the last chain-space.

Where you left off, you turn the fabric over and lift up two chains to replace a double crochet.
Then you crochet a double crochet for each chain.
At the end you should have 9 double crochet.

Flip the fabric over and repeat as many laps as you want the length of the middle of your handle.
To finish you cut the thread.

For the opposite handle:

You must leave 4 free arches from where the previous handle ends and repeat the procedure identically.

When you have the complete fabric, you join the handles with the help of the wool needle.

### AND THAT'S IT!!! YOU HAVE READY YOUR BAG TO GO TO THE MARKET !!!

Don't forget to keep it in your base pocket and keep it in your purse.
