The Mandalorian

Have you seen the series? I just saw the first chapter and I was eager to see more"!

I have fallen in love with the little "Boy", a character of the same species to which master yoda belongs, by the way some time ago I made baby yoda here is the link and when my youngest nephew had his birthday I gave it to him as a birthday present.

I tell you a secret, my nephew is already 7 years old and I never imagined that he was going to like baby yoda so much, he even screamed when I gave it to him which made me very excited, because a 7 year old child is more concerned about video games, computers, robots or any other toy and less about a knitted doll!

That same day my other nephew (his brother), started to hover around me in a suspicious attitude hahaha, until he finally got up the courage and told me "Aunt Tibi" I like the Mandalorian ...

And just like that, without anesthesia, I was immersed in my next adventure with needles! ... I started to search on the internet for the character in cartoon, because it makes it easier to knit, until I found a drawing that I really liked and that you can see in the first image of this post.

But who is the Mandalorian. This character is a lonely bounty hunter, orphan, with a questionable moral character, who aimed to capture the boy and deliver him to the empire, but he lets himself be wrapped in his loving and mischievous look, to finally become his protector. And so begin their adventures in the series.

Materials used. Use cotton thread (wick), in different colors ranging from gray to dark green, brown, black and shiny gray wool. Anti-allergic stuffing. Lanera needle. Ice cream popsicle stick, with it I asked my brother to make me the shape of the weapon that the Mandalorian carries on his back.

By the way, according to my nephew's critical eye, that weapon was poorly made and does not reflect the true shape of the equipment in question! ... what can I do, the customer spoke!

I couldn't do the step by step, I knitted the doll while I was moving in my brother's house, I couldn't take pictures with good light either, so in this post, I present you what I have, I hope you like them.

AHORA EN ESPAÑOL

Haz visto la serie? Yo apenas pude ver el primer capítulo y quedé con ganas de ver más”!

He quedado enamorada del pequeño “Niño”, personaje de la misma especie a la que pertenece el maestro yoda, por cierto hace algún tiempo hice a baby yoda aquí les dejo el enlace y cuando mi sobrino menor cumplió años se lo di como regalo de cumpleaños.

Les cuento un secreto, mi sobrino ya tiene 7 años y nunca me imaginé que le iba a gustar tanto baby yoda, hasta pegó un grito cuando se lo entregué cosa que me emocionó mucho, pues un niño de 7 años está más pendiente de video juegos, computadoras, robots o cualquier otro juguete y menos de un muñeco tejido!

Ese mismo día mi otro sobrino (su hermano), empezó a rondarme en actitud sospechosa jajaja, hasta que finalmente se armó de valor y me dijo “Tía Tibi” a mí me gusta el mandaloriano …

Y así no más, sin anestesia, me vi inmersa en mi próxima aventura de agujas! … Empecé a buscar en internet al personaje en dibujo animado, pues así se me hace más fácil su tejido, hasta que encontré un dibujo que me gustó mucho y que puedes ver en la primera imagen de este post.

Pero quién es el Mandaloriano. Este personaje es un cazarrecompensas solitario, huérfano, con un carácter moral cuestionable, que tenía como objetivo capturar al niño y entregarlo al imperio, pero se deja envolver en su amorosa y traviesa mirada, para finalmente convertirse en su protector. Y así inician sus aventuras en la serie.

Materiales utilizados. Use hilo algodón (pabilo), en diferentes colores que iban de gris a verde oscuro, marrón, negro y lana gris brillante. Relleno antialérgico. Aguja Lanera. Paleta de helados, con ella le pedí a mi hermano que me hiciera la forma del arma que el mandaloriano lleva en su espalda.

Por cierto, según el ojo crítico de mi sobrino, esa arma estuvo mal hecha y no refleja la verdadera forma del equipo en cuestión! … que puedo hacer, el cliente habló!

No pude hacer el paso a paso, el muñeco lo tejí mientras estuve mudada en la casa de mi hermano, tampoco pude tomar fotos con buena luz, así que en este post, les presentó lo que tengo, espero que les gusten.
