Hello friends I hope everything is fine, a few days ago I was checking some communities and I came across this one, I had not actually seen it and reading some publications brought back memories of many things I did in my old job as a teacher with my students.

Crafts were one of my free time jobs. But not only that, but I liked to recover some things that no longer served me and I turned them into useful things and that I was sowing in my students who little by little were adopting that behavior, so that they would appear with everything in the classroom to work on the Friday we call "Recycling in class we help the planet".

This publication is dedicated to that memory with my students, so I began to see what I could do and think about what I could do, I had some bottles that I did not want to throw away and check some things, I remembered that I had bought some napkins a long time ago, and I said: I have it, I'm going to do a dacoupage, but also that morning making breakfast, I fried a couple of eggs; and I said this works for my project too, so I'll use them too, so I picked up the eggshells from breakfast plus one from a cake I made one afternoon; so I have it all * applying two techniques in one bottle! * will be great, this is how my project started.

In this post, apart from recycling the bottle, I will be recycling the eggshells.

I will start with the Dacoupage technique, which consists of decorating any surface with a napkin and can be done on all types of surfaces such as glass, cloth, ceramics, glass, cardboard, candles ... And for this we will use the following.

MaterialesMaterials
- Botella de vidrio- Glass bottle
- Cascara de huevos- Eggshell
- Servilleta decoradas- Decorated napkin
- Cola blanca- White tail
- Pincel- Brush
- Estambre para decorar- Thread to decorate
- Silicon liquido- Liquid silicon
- Alcohol- Alcohol
- Algodon- cotton

2.Wash the bottle and remove the labels from the bottle, then wipe with a cotton ball and rubbing alcohol to remove any old glue.

3.Cut out the image of the napkin and remove the two layers of white paper.

4.Dilute white glue with 50% water and brush part of the bottle where the cut-out figure will stick.

5.With a brush we place glue on the bottle where we will glue the figure, it will be partially pasted by passing the brush with glue on the figure eliminating the wrinkles and ending with a layer of glue evenly over the entire figure.

We come to the second technique of cracking the eggs, it can be done with brown shells, with white shells, painting the shells with colors or leaving them the natural color.

  1. Soak the egg shells and remove the membranes that cover the interior, let them dry well, then break the shells with your hands or with the help of a cloth, into small pieces

2.We continue to add the glue in the bottle that covers around the figure and we must also place the eggshells.

3.When covering the entire bottle with the eggshell, put a layer of liquid glass on it (which can be made by mixing liquid silicone with a small amount of alcohol and rubbing with your fingers does not feel very sticky but a very sticky mixture. And soft), this last layer will protect our work.

4.To finish we give it an artistic touch with a cord, which may be the one you like the most, I leave it to the discretion of each person. However, I used thread and colored it with ceramic paint with the shades that best match the art made on the bottle, this is placed around the neck of the bottle.
