Hello my dear Hive Family, today I want to share with all of you a special recipe, to make a delicious cake, with little budget, I really loved it, I hope you like it.
Los materiales que utilizamos para realizar este postre, fueron los siguientes:
- ½Kg de Harina de Trigo.
- 250gr de Mantequilla.
- 3 Huevos.
- ½Kg de Azúcar.
- Un vaso con jugo, de su preferencia.
The materials we used to make this dessert were the following:
- ½Kg of Wheat Flour.
- 250gr of butter.
- 3 eggs.
- ½Kg of sugar.
- A glass of juice, of your preference.
Pasos para la preparación:
1- Agregar los 250gr de Mantequilla, en un bol, limpio y seco.
2- Luego agregamos el ½Kg de Azúcar, y mezclamos, poco a poco.
Steps for the preparation:
1- Add the 250gr of Butter, in a bowl, clean and dry.
2- Then add ½Kg of sugar and mix little by little.
3- Agregamos los 3 Huevos, uno por uno, y seguimos mezclando.
4- Luego se le agrega la harina de trigo, poco a poco.

4- Then add the wheat flour, little by little.
5- A esto le añadimos el jugo, poco a poco, y seguimos mezclando.
6- Ya la mezcla esta lista.

7- Emantequillamos la bandeja, y luego agregamos un poco de harina de trigo.
8- Agregamos la mezcla en la bandeja, ya preparada.
9- Llevamos la bandeja al horno ya precalentado, durante 35 a 40 minutos.

Ahora vamos a preparar el glaseado para cubrir y decorar la torta, los ingredientes son:
- 3 Huevos.
- Una taza de Azúcar.
Now we are going to prepare the icing to cover and decorate the cake, the ingredients are:
- 3 Eggs.
- One cup of sugar.
10- Agregamos las claras de los huevos en un bol.
11- Batimos las claras hasta obtener la mezcla a punto de nieve.
12- Agregamos la Azúcar poco a poco.

11- Beat the egg whites until the mixture is stiff.
12- Add the sugar little by little.
13- Ya el glaseado esta listo para la decoración de la torta.
14- La torta ya esta lista, debe estar tibia antes de agregarle el glaseado.
15- Le agregamos el glaseado.

14- The cake is ready, it must be warm before adding the icing.
15- Add the icing.
16- Distribuimos el glaseado.
17- Distribuimos el glaseado sobre la Torta, con una paleta especial.
18- Ya aquí la torta esta lista.
