From the right wing of the building. (Desde el ala derecha del edificio.)
A couple of days ago, to be more specific on Sunday afternoon while walking around the city I passed by the National Historical Museum of the Cabildo and found that its doors were open, so I decided to go inside. Previously I had already visited it and had dedicated a post about the relics that are on display next to the interior of the building, but what if in this case we take some shots from above and see how the city looks like from there?
These are photos from the second floor exclusively focused on the surroundings of the museum located in the Plaza de Mayo and I found the view very interesting and attractive, so let's show you the city from other angles.
Hace un par de días, para ser más específico el domingo en la tarde mientras caminaba por la ciudad pase a un lado del museo histórico nacional del Cabildo y encontré que estaban abiertas sus puertas, así que decidí entrar. Anteriormente ya lo había visitado y había dedicado un post sobre las reliquias que se encuentran en exposición junto al interior del edificio, pero que tal si en este caso hacemos unas tomas desde arriba y miramos como luce la ciudad de allí?
Son fotos desde el primer piso exclusivamente enfocado en los alrededores del museo que se encuentra en la plaza de mayo y la vista me ha parecido muy interesante y atractiva, así que vamos a mostrarles la ciudad desde otros ángulos.

Two important buildings can be seen and they are the Siemens building, which has a pair of statues ringing a bell, this is the neighborhood of Monserrat on the border with the neighborhood of San Telmo, is next to that corner of red awnings a very popular place to sit to consume and taste the gastronomy while enjoying an excellent view and atmosphere.
In addition we can also see the top of a building that is the Roggio palace, a building that was taken for some decades and in recent years was rescued for remodeling and transformation, eclectic style building of which I will do a post later.
Dos edificios importantes pueden verse y se tratan del edificio Siemens, el cual posee un par de estatuas tocando una campana, esto es el barrio de Monserrat en los límites con el barrio de San Telmo, es junto esa esquina de toldos rojos un lugar muy popular para sentarse a consumir y degustar de la gastronomía mientras disfrutas de una excelente vista y ambiente.
Además también podemos observar la parte superior de un edificio que es el palacio Roggio, edificio que fue tomado durante algunas décadas y que en los últimos años fue rescatado para su remodelación y transformación, edificio de estilo eclectico del cual haré un post más adelante.

Obviously we can not miss a picture of the pink house as it is located next in front of this building and these two are precisely the emblematic of this area or at least that is what I understand. So we can see the plaza da mayo and also the metropolitan cathedral already mentioned in previous posts in different photographic styles.
I also made a close-up of the dome of this cathedral that I had already portrayed but never from this angle, a composition that goes between the old and the modern being able to observe the great building of the Galicia bank tower in the background with its attractive stained glass windows.
No puede faltar obviamente una foto de la casa rosada ya que se encuentra junto en frente de este edificio y son precisamente éstos dos lo emblemático de esta zona o al menos es lo que tengo entendido. Así que podemos ver la plaza da mayo y además la catedral metropolitana ya ambos mencionados en posts anteriores en diferentes estilos fotográficos.
Hice un acercamiento también de la cúpula de esta catedral que ya había retratado pero nunca desde éste angulo, una composición que va entre lo antaño y lo moderno pudiéndose observar el gran edificio de la torre del banco Galicia al fondo con sus atractivos vitrales.

Finally a general view of the right side of the historical museum of the cabildo next to what is part of the legislature building showing the upper part of it. I also conclude with the cabildo building itself where I took all these shots from the second floor. You can see how crowded it is with people admiring the scenery.

Por último una vista general de la parte derecha del museo histórico del cabildo junto a lo que es parte del edificio de la legislatura mostrando la parte superior de éste. Además concluyo con el edificio como tal del cabildo en dónde realicé todas éstas tomas desde el primer piso. Se puede ver cómo está concurrido de personas admirando el paisaje.

Buenos días querido amigo @jlufer yo no tenía idea tampoco, hace un tiempo si entre y recorrí el museo como tal luego no lo ví abierto de nuevo hasta el pasado domingo así que aproveché para entrar y hacer éstas fotos. Me parece que están reabriendo más lugares icónicos de la ciudad así que estaré allí al pendiente de ello 🤩 que tengan un lindo día amigo 😊
Eso es muy interesante, será muy bueno de ver. Buenos Aires guarda mucho lugares iconos con hermosas historias por conocer

Beautiful photos, technically perfect, but the most charming thing in several of them is how you can appreciate the contrast between the old buildings and the newer ones... I don't remember if it was Cabral who said that Buenos Aires was the most European city in America... He wasn't wrong, I think. Greetings and applause dear @dimascastillo90 friend!
