Howdie actifitters and hiveans!
We wanted to update you on some of the recent developments and improvements around in actifit and related hive services. Here goes!
Web UI Enhancements
As we recently introduced the revamped wallet experience, we were not completely satisfied with the look and feel, and were experimenting with further improving it.
We landed on a cool idea for an improved shadow-focused 3D look for the wallet.
We also added additional hive-engine token support to the wallet, with the recent addition being POSH. So if you own any POSH, you can see them there and transact with them.
Let us know if you would like to see a specific token that is not currently supported there.
Additionally, we started rolling out the 3D look in various areas across actifit.io. You can spot those cool effects on the landing page, as well as the main page proposal announcement (If you're not up to speed, actifit currently has an open DHF proposal for funding its growth and services efforts on hive. Vote for us in support here)
We have also improved the menu layout with some items overlapping and introduced a direct username/profile link from within.
3Speak Video Embed Support
In alignment with further planned integration with 3speak videos, we have implemented support for embedded 3speak videos from within posts and comments.
As of now, if you open any post containing a 3speak video link, the video will display embedded, and can be played without leaving the post/comment.

MarkDown Support Improvements
We recently implemented a fix for a vulnerability in rendering markdown on the front end. This caused some issues in links/images not being rendered properly.
We have adjusted this so that all components are now functioning properly whether in post standalone, comments, or modal modes.
Hive RPC Node Upgrade 1.27.3
We have also recently upgraded our hive RPC node to the latest version 1.27.3, as well as our seed node.
Our witness node will also be upgraded shortly. We are updating our backup witness node, so we have not rolled out the change on our main node to avoid down time. This should happen in the coming couple of days.
We will also be upgrading our current hivemind setup to the latest version as it has recently been rolled out by @blocktrades & team. This is a major milestone for Hivemind and we're looking forward to making the best out of it, particularly utilizing HAF framework to enhance some of our underlying processes.
