We escape inquisition and leave the family estate behind. With both parents dead it's gonna be a rough time for these two kids. It's quite clear from the get go that Hugo isn't your every day child either. Looks like he's barely seen anything of the world and even the smallest things are enough to get excited and curious. I guess he's been shielded his whole life.

We soon arrive in a town where things clearly aren't going well. There's no people in the streets and all the doors are locked. We soon come over some guys who doesn't like the look of us so we have to go running again.

We're lucky enough to run into an old lady who helps us hide from the mob. She's really sweet and gives us a set of fresh clothes and even lets us use her workstation. This means we can now upgrade different parts of our gear with the resources we find. Quite helpful!

Amicia and Hugo end up fighting shortly after and the leader of the mob gets a hold of Hugo as he runs off. Time to take him down!

Thanks for watching!

Every time I see a gameplay of this game I get excited about the graphics, the design is pretty good, the story is tragic, two children escaping from different situations and alone. What strikes me most about this game are the rats, although they disgust me a little, it gives a different touch to the game.

The story is everything in this. The gameplay is pretty standard stuff but the story is just to good. The rats make the game. Wouldn't be as fun without them.

Go sir, A Plague Tale: Innocence reminds me of The Last of us, for its survival gameplay style but in this case in a medieval time, at least that's what I understood. Great video!😁

Yeah I get what you mean! I hadn't really thought about comparing them but now that you mention it it makes sense. Maybe that's why I think it's so good.

Exactly, I compare them because they are very similar at least in the gameplay, you lack the mutant zombies and that's it hahaha. 🤣

Yeah there's wild rabid rat hordes instead lol

It's a good thing he didn't trim the grass with that sickle....

haha, you made me lol in real life with that comment... good stuff :)
