Do not worry, you did not miss an entry in the popular Resident Evil franchise. No, a fan is working on porting Resident Evil over to the Sega Genesis console, calling it Bio Evil. It is obvious from the visual presentation that this game is an attempt at bringing the popular Capcom game tot he 16-bit Sega console.
Interesting that the developers chose a 3/4 overhead, isometric, view for this port. That is going to make designing some of the puzzles and such a little tricky.
As you can see in the video I recorded for my YouTube channel, the animation is quite lacking. This is also an early work in progress version of the game. What do you think? Are you ready for a 16-bit Resident Evil game?
