Reflecting on the past almost 3 months since tried planting ceylon spinach in a 12-inch plastic pot, it has been an nice journey of learning and watching this vegetable thrive.

Hello everyone. How are you today? I hope all is well with you and your family. Ceylon spinach, this vegetable is a favorite of my autistic son. I first planted ceylon spinach in my longan orchard 10 years ago. And my wife harvests them to cook for our son many times. It's a sour soup with ceylon spinach and fermented pork sausage. But sometimes my wife doesn't want to walk to our longan orchard to pick ceylon spinach, which is about 600 meters from our home. And due to the maturation and large size of the longan trees, the amount of ceylon spinach in the orchard has decreased. A couple of months ago, I decided to try planting ceylon spinach in a 12-inch plastic pot in the home garden. Once successful, I intend to scale up and plant ceylon spinach seriously in 12-inch plastic pots in the future.

In this post, 12-inch plastic pot life progress, So happy to see my ceylon spinach getting bigger and healthier every day. And I can't wait for harvest time. I'll take you through their growth in a 12-inch plastic pot. Starting from seed germination and ceylon spinach grow in about 1-2 weeks.

I then took another photos of these ceylon spinach when they were around two months old. They grow well and climb up the green pole.

Finally, I take a photos of these ceylon spinach this evening. They are almost 3 months old. Ceylon spinach are starting to bloom. Once the flowers grow a bit more and turn pink or white, we can harvest them for cooking.

My attempt at planting ceylon spinach in a 12-inch plastic pot has been a nice success. And soon my wife will be able to pick ceylon spinach from the plastic pot for cooking.
