This ferry transported passengers from Samosir Island to Tomok village and it just arrived at Tomok harbor. It is one of many ferries that were bookable on a round trip. If the weather was good enough to cross the island, we could see so many ferries come and go from one island to another as Samosir is known as one of the largest islands in Indonesia.
Most of the tourists booked the ferries to travel to Tomok village, a village that provides a lot of cultural stuff of the Batak tribe.
I had this trip a year ago with my school friends to Samosir Island under Prapat District, North Sumatra Indonesia.
It was quite an interesting trip that I ever had. By the time I touched down Tomok, I was straightly amazed by a bunch of people who came from different countries.
