This is my entry to the Monomad Challenge

Hello my friends!
I separated three photographs especially to publish in this community in order to participate and add to the Monomad Challenge. These are images from this morning, during a walk on the beach in this small fishing village where I live.
Artisanal fishing is rooted in the local culture and is still a source of survival for many families. But like many artisanal traditions, it has been losing ground in this technological world.
The children of fishing families want to study, graduate and have a profession. Obviously there are some who keep their work in the family, but these are rare cases and the harshness and difficulty of the activity makes this understandable.
Even so, the activity is still present in the daily life of the neighborhood. Arriving at the beach in the morning, with the sun rising, and seeing the boats leaving the sea loaded with fish and chased by seagulls, is a wonderful spectacle.
I like to represent this activity in my images, I believe that, in addition to being beautiful, they are loaded with cultural values and history. A story that is present in all humanity, since the fish is a great symbol of food and human work.
I've had the experience of working in fishing, trying to get to know the activity better to portray it in the best possible way. I confess that I prefer to stay behind the lens and, one day or another, I would go fishing, but not as a daily job.
It's been 5 months since I returned to live in this neighborhood, which is where I was born and raised in childhood. I don't know how long I'll stay here, as I have plans to travel, but while I'm there, I want to start a series of fishing trips.

Olá meus amigos!
Separei três fotografias especialmente para publicar nesta comunidade com o intuito de participar e agregar ao Monomad Challenge. São imagens de hoje de manhã cedo, durante uma caminhada na praia desta pequena vila de pescadores onde vivo.
A pesca artesanal está enraizada na cultura local e até hoje é fonte de sobrevivência de muitas famílias. Mas como muitas tradições artesanais, vem perdendo espaco neste mundo tecnológico.
Os filhos das famílias de pescadores, querem estudar, se formar e ter uma profissão. Obviamente existem alguns que mantém o trabalho passado na família, mas são raros os casos e a dureza e dificuldade da atividade fazem isso compreensível.
Ainda assim, a atividade segue presente no dia a dia do bairro. Chegar de manhã na praia, com o sol raiando, e ver os barcos saindo do mar carregados de peixes e perseguidos pelas gaivotas, é um espetáculo maravilhoso.
Gosto de representar esta atividade em minhas imagens, acredito que, além de belas, são carregadas de valores culturais e história. Uma história que é presente em toda humanidade, já que o peixe é um grande simbolo do alimento e do trabalho humano.
Já tive a experiência de trabalhar na pesca, buscando conhecer melhor a atividade para retratá la da melhor forma possível. Confesso que prefiro ficar atrás da lente e, um dia ou outro, sim iria pescar, mas não como um trabalho diário.
Fazem 5 meses que voltei a morar neste bairro, que é o local onde nasci e me criei na infância. Não sei dizer quanto tempo ficarei ppr aqui, pois tenho planos de viajar, mas enquanto estiver quero iniciar uma série de retartos da pesca.
