Today i got some photographs of a hard working old man with his workmates. They woeked hard all day. But is that a hard work to compete talent ?

The only way we can put it is not everyone is talented. And those who are not talented should work hard to get ther. While you decide to put in your hard work, choose the right path. If you have choosen the right path, eventually you will make progress.
