Hail to the Hive!

The canal is the photography gify that keeps on giving. Today we passed an old Brewery building as we left Stone. The town of Stone in Staffordshire.

Just seemed a little weird a brick building with STONE written on it. Makes you want to say errrr no BRICK!

But I do love these industrial canal side buildings. They just ooze character. They’re like an old model shouting at you and saying ‘Hey! Take my picture. Be sure you get my good side!’

And I of course listen and snap away while trying desperately to not crasy the boat into anything as I cruise along at 2mph.

All this talk of breweries is making me thirsty though. Think I need a beer

Ahhhh yes, these old-school breweries are awesome. Mostly where I have been, they just abandoned places and made new "modern" breweries, but not in England. There you have these brick wall beauties with a soul and character. I must say just because this beer would taste better to me.
