The saddest thing to me is when I see people walk away from their faith and turn their backs on a most loving God because they have a misunderstanding of scripture. There is no "right way" to be a "perfect" Christian. In fact, there is NO SUCH THING!
The Bible says that we ALL fall short of the glory of God. (Romans 3:23).

I think the biggest issue for me and my faith journey has been...Not that God has any short comings, it's that I do.
The spirit is willing but the flesh is weak...It's a battle!
Absolutely! It's so easy to get caught up in the idea that we're not perfect because...we're not. And we get stuck in those thoughts and then give up and/or blame God. It's a daily battle. I fight it every single day as well.
