It is the most popular food in the world and I love it: pizza! There are infinite variations of pizza, multiple ways of mixing, imaginative ingredients. Gourmet pizza has become fashionable, often exaggerating the ingredients, in order to appear beautiful and desirous in the eyes of the people. But if you want to eat a real pizza, the classic margherita is the first step, pizza in all its splendor and goodness!

I normally eat pizza a couple of times a week, usually on weekends as that's when we spend our time with friends and Saturday or Sunday night pizza is a regular fixture.

The Neapolitan pizza has a double dough, about 300 grams, it is soft but crunchy at the edges. It must be cooked in a wood oven because cooking and the smell of wood add an extra value, as well as being the secret ingredient. On average it is cooked at high temperatures and it takes less than two minutes for it to cook.

Pizza with mozzarella, sauce, olive oil and basil. Taste this pizza and you will have a method of judgment for all the others! Enjoy your meal!

È il cibo più apprezzato al mondo ed io lo adoro: la pizza! Ci sono infinite varianti di pizza, modalità d'impasto molteplici, ingredienti fantasiosi. La pizza gourmet è diventata di moda, spesso esagerando negli ingredienti, pur di apparire bella e desiderosa agli occhi della gente. Ma se volete mangiare una vera pizza, la classica margherita è il primo step, la pizza in tutto il suo splendore e la sua bontà!

Normalmente mangio pizza un paio di volte a settimana, generalmente durante il weekend perché è il momento in cui trascorriamo il nostro tempo con gli amici e la pizza del sabato o della domenica sera è un appuntamento fisso.

La pizza napoletana ha un impasto doppio, circa 300 grammi, è soffice ma croccante ai bordi. Deve essere cucinata nel forno a legna perché la cottura e il profumo della legna aggiunge un valore in più, oltre ad essere l'ingrediente segreto. Mediamente è cucinata a temperature elevate ed è sufficiente meno di due minuti per la sua cottura.

Pizza con mozzarella, salsa, olio d'oliva e basilico. Assaggiate questa pizza e avrete un metodo di giudizio per tutte le altre! Buon appetito!
