Останній робочий день перед відпусткою/last day before vacation (Ua/En)

Привіт. Сьогодні у мене останній робочий день перед відпусткою.
Цей навчальний рік був складним і напруженим. З початку вересня ми адаптовували освітній процес та гуртожиток під вимоги нової постанови, щодо запобігання коронавірусу. Це був документально кропіткий та функціонально тривалий процес. Потім над нашим закладом освіти нависла загроза реорганізації. В зв’язку із скороченням училищ в області, відповідно до реформування системи освіти, наш заклад підпадав під реорганізацію шляхом приєднання до іншого училища. Та ми успішно закрили календарний рік і у січні видихнули з полегшенням, продовжуючи працювати.
Пам’ятаю, як на початку нового семестру я поділилася з колегами думкою, що нам цього року щастить, бо ми жодного дня не були на карантині. Все навчання проводилося в режимі офлайн. Та війна внесла корективи…Потім була підготовка гуртожитку для поселення внутрішньо переміщених, які проживають у нас по цей час.
На незважаючи ні на що, деякі моменти залишаються сталими і незмінними. Щороку ми йдемо у відпустки, залишаючи за собою ідеальну чистоту у навчальних класах, лабораторіях, на подвір’ї та у власних кабінетах. В пам’ять врізався момент педагогічної ради, яка відбувалася багато років тому. Заступник директора з НВР сказала, що у нас можуть бути проблеми із забезпеченням, ми можемо не мати новітньої техніки чи красивих меблів, але чистота і порядок навколо – це те, чого повинні всі дотримуватися. Адже цей момент залежить від нас і це обличчя закладу та колективу.
Тому сьогоднішній день ми посвятили прибиранню. Зранку взялися за подвір’я, на якому вчора повторно скосили траву. Чоловіки мали завдання обрізати горіх, який заважав рости ялинці та туям. Та і квітник від нього страждав. Довелося трішки прорідити крону. Результат не забарився і вже після обідішнє сонце на всю зігрівало клумбу.
В процесі прибирання ми виявили сюрприз. Виявляється між дерев у траві на нашому подвір’ї ростуть печериці. Знайшли два маленькі грибочки. Звичайно їх ніхто не чіпав, з надією на подальше розростання.
Після того, як заасфальтовані доріжки були ретельно підметені, можна було любуватися результатом. Жодної зайвої травинки, все рівненько та охайно скошено, квітнуть клумби та петунії в горщиках. Не подвіря, райський куточок.
Наостанок хочу розповісти про маленьку квіточку, яка виросла серед суцільного асфальту. Ця петунія квітне, попри спеку та відсутність ґрунту навколо. Я довго дивилася на неї. Зразу ж виникла асоціація з Україною, зі стійкістю наших людей. Ця маленька рослинка тягнеться до сонця, бо хоче жити. Наче я зі своїм колективом, з бажанням працювати, не зважаючи ні на що, наче наша країна, що живе і бореться зі страшним злом, ям’я якому росія.

Hello. Today is my last working day before vacation.
This school year has been difficult and stressful. Since the beginning of September, we have adapted the educational process and the dormitory to the requirements of the new regulation on the prevention of coronavirus. It was a painstakingly and functionally long process. Then the threat of reorganization loomed over our educational institution. Due to the reduction of schools in the region, in line with the reform of the education system, our institution was reorganized by joining another school. But we successfully closed the calendar year and breathed a sigh of relief in January, continuing to work.
I remember at the beginning of the new semester sharing with my colleagues the idea that we are lucky this year because we have never been quarantined. All training was conducted offline. But the war made adjustments… Then there was the preparation of the dormitory for the settlement of internally displaced people who live in our country to this day.
In spite of everything, some moments remain constant and unchanged. Every year we go on vacation, leaving behind perfect cleanliness in classrooms, laboratories, in the yard and in our offices. The moment of the pedagogical council, which took place many years ago, came to mind. The Deputy Director of NVR said that we may have problems with security, we may not have the latest equipment or beautiful furniture, but cleanliness and order around - this is what everyone should follow. After all, this moment depends on us and this is the face of the institution and the team.
That's why we dedicated today to cleaning. In the morning we took to the yard, where we cut the grass again yesterday.The men had the task of pruning the nut, which prevented the growth of spruce and thuja. And the flower garden suffered from it. I had to thin the crown a bit. The result was not long in coming and after the midday sun warmed the whole flower bed.
In the process of cleaning, we found a surprise. It turns out that mushrooms grow between the trees in the grass in our yard. Found two small mushrooms. Of course, no one touched them, hoping for further growth.
After the paved paths were carefully swept, you could admire the result. No extra grass, everything is evenly and neatly mown, flower beds and petunias in pots bloom. Not in the yard, a paradise.
Finally, I want to talk about a small flower that grew among the solid asphalt. This petunia blooms, despite the heat and lack of soil around. I looked at her for a long time. Immediately there was an association with Ukraine, with the resilience of our people. This little plant reaches for the sun because it wants to live. It is as if I am with my team, with the desire to work in spite of everything, as if our country is living and struggling with a terrible evil, the pit of which is Russia.
