I was up early this morning for the monthly flea market. When you are lucky you can find many cheap article and discover some bizarre things, so it is worth getting up early.
The beautiful flea market in the old town of Aarau can be found between the gates.
Here is just a reflection of Mark on the other side in a shop with the most wanted item the stuff masks.
Unfortunately, today was not my day and I have not found anything but consolation as I bought a spicy pepper pot.

Wondering through flea markets is a great way to relax and lets you discover hidden treasures. I wish there was such a market in my town but it is not and now travelling is not such a great option.
Nice plate servers, although in all honest had a couple and never used them, most probably ended up in a market like this eventually.
The old part of town looks delightful, would love to go meandering through one of those again!

I love those servers and I find I use them even at my dinner table to put slices of tomato, pickles, and all sorts of little side foods.
Flea markets and rummage sales are addicting, sifting through the lives and unwanted of others, but, so fun. Is this the town you live in? I wasn't sure, but, seeing the old part again has made me think it is. I would be walking the old part every day, unearthing it, stone by stone.
