Esta receta consiste en café azúcar y bicarbonato estos tres ingredientes tienen muchos beneficios juntos ya que su textura granulada ayuda a que elabores un exfoliante natural. Les contaré que el café también ayuda a exfoliar el cuerpo brazos, piernas, pies, glúteos etc elimina celulitis si lo aplican de la manera correcta que es circularmente muy efectivo se los recomiendo!! Y la cafeina estimula el flujo sanguíneo en la piel y hace que reduzca las zonas rojas e inflamadas y el bicarbonato de sodio elimina manchas y aclara la piel como ya repetí que estos tres excelentes ingredientes hacen magia! ✨
