La parchita en mi caso, tiene esa curiosa sensación que me provocan también las panaderías que despachan pan recién hecho, me transportan directamente a cuando aun estaba en primaria, inocente de la vida y mi papa que en esos días me llevaba al colegio, se detenía ocasionalmente para desayunar conmigo en los puestos de empanadas, recuerdo siempre que había un multitud de sabores para elegir, pero para ese entonces no era muy explorador, yo me guiaba por lo que ya conocía y como podrán adivinar, fueron bastante los desayunos donde esta ovoide fruta participaba jajaja, estaría hablando casi del 2007 o 2008, que buenos tiempos aquellos.

Ahora con nuestra fruta ya picada y con su pulpa dentro de nuestra licuadora, pues, no queda de otra que proseguir para culminar con nuestro jugo, :D a todas estas, hacia mucho tiempo que no tomaba jugo de parchita por eso creo que estoy bastante contento también jajaja.

Deberíamos esperar unos cuantos minutos para que las semillas se pulvericen a su vez que se van mezclando, yo por lo general espero un minuto o dos, también depende de la potencia que tenga tu licuadora, para mi fortuna cuento con las imponentes y eternas Oster jajaja, muy conocidas acá en Venezuela.

Una virtud que tiene este grandiosos jugo natural, que no muchos de sus similares pueden compartir, es que es una bebida que puede tomarse a todas horas, en cualquier lugar, en cualquier momento, en todo lo sitios, es decir, sirve tanto para cenas, como para almuerzos y especialmente para desayunos, a mi encanto este reaglo natural, mas que nada porque he tratado de mantenerme activo entrenando (este ya es mi tercer día) y unas vitaminas extra nunca vienen mal :D te invito querido lector, a que comentes cualjugo natural prefieres tu por sobretodos y porque te gusta tanto :)
