Hola amigos de Hive.
Hoy os traigo una de mis ensaladas favoritas ahora en verano, cuando no tengo claro que guarnición poner al pescado o la carne, tengo poco tiempo o quiero poner un primer plato fresquito.
Este es uno de mis recursos :)
Ingredientes:
- Brotes frescos.
- Tomates ecológicos.
- Pasta de lazos vegetales o también le llaman pajaritas.
- Aceitunas rellenas de anchoas.
- Maíz dulce.
- Atún.
- Aderezo: Aceite de Oliva Virgen Extra, sal, pimienta y Vinagre de Modena.
Se le puede echar todos los ingredientes frescos que te gusten en las ensaladas, zanahoria, remolacha, cebolla ...
Es una gran aliada en estas fechas del año porque te aporta el frescor de la ensalada que tanto apetece con las fuertes temperaturas y llena bastante gracias a la pasta.

- Fresh sprouts.
- Organic tomatoes.
- Vegetable ribbon paste or also called bow ties.
- Olives stuffed with anchovies.
- Sweet corn.
- Tuna.
- Dressing: Extra Virgin Olive Oil, salt, pepper and Modena Vinegar.
You can add all the fresh ingredients you like in salads, carrots, beets, onions ...
It is a great ally at this time of year because it gives you the freshness of the salad that you want so much with the strong temperatures and fill enough thanks to the pasta.
