How to Make Chocolate Bubbles

yooo hello my fellow hivers and all hive communities from all over the world wherever you are. back again with me Jodi Pamungkas and Ema on the food and snack recipe blog that is very easy for you to make yourself at home without requiring a lot of money and time. happy thursday to all of you who are working at home or on vacation with family, hope you are fine without any problems. Thank you to all of you who have read and stopped by my previous post regarding the recipe for how to make vanilla chocolate eclairs very easily. what do you think about this recipe? Are you interested enough to try it? give your feedback below this post. Well, on this sunny Thursday I will share a recipe that is quite interesting and unique. Have you ever tried Chocolate Bubble? if you have, is the photo above very similar to mine, of course not, because you eat at a restaurant hahahaah. for those of you who want to make your own chocolate bubble at home, just take a look at the recipe below until it's finished and I hope you succeed. good luck Hivers!.

well, the ingredients needed to make chocolate bubbles are not too expensive and you can get them easily at the nearest supermarket. The first ingredients you have to prepare are chocolate bars, powdered milk, mineral water, triangular plastic and baking paper. after all the ingredients have been prepared, now let's start the first step of making chocolate bubbles.

The first step, what you have to do first is prepare a frying pan and put 100gram of powdered milk and 70ml of hot water into the pan. Next, stir until the milk powder is evenly mixed with a state of extinguished fire.

the second step, after you have stirred until the milk powder is well mixed, now turn on the stove over low heat and stir continuously until the texture is lumpy and becomes a dough like the photo above.

the third step, after the dough has been stirred until it clumps and has become dough, now transfer the dough to another plate and let stand for 15 minutes so that the dough is a little cooler.

the fourth step, after the dough has cooled a little, now all you have to do is apply cooking oil to the palm of your hand, take a little dough and make the dough round until the dough is finished. The goal is to put cooking oil in the palm of your hand so that when you roll the dough it doesn't stick to your hands.

the fifth step, after you have finished rounding the dough until it is finished like the previous photo, now all you have to do is prepare the chocolate bars and slice the chocolate bars into small pieces like the photo above.

the sixth step, after you have sliced the chocolate bars to completion, now prepare the triangular plastic and put all the chocolate bars into the triangular plastic. then, prepare 1 bowl of hot water and put the plastic triangle into the bowl. Next, leave the plastic triangle in hot water until the chocolate bar really boils.

seventh step, after the chocolate bar has completely boiled, now prepare baking paper and make a shape with melted chocolate according to your wishes. Well, you can also follow the shape like mine so that it is easy for you to follow this recipe.

the eighth step, after you have formed the previous melted chocolate, now all you have to do is put one by one the previously completed dough balls on top of the melted chocolate according to the shape you made.

the last step, after you have arranged the dough circles on top of the melted chocolate, now all you have to do in the last step is put the remaining melted chocolate on the dough evenly and let it rest for about 1 hour.
