In today's post, Ema and I are planning to break our fast at one of the restaurants that I have posted before, namely the Truffle Box. How has your fast been so far? Have you missed nothing? I hope that this month of fasting nothing is overlooked. Around 3pm I immediately ordered a table and the food menu which I will make the iftar menu today.
Around 5 pm I took a walk before going to the restaurant. There were very many people on the street and I felt very dizzy. Finally, Ema and I headed straight to the restaurant. Me and I took a seat on the rooftop. In the previous post regarding this restaurant, I have never sat on the rooftop of this restaurant. Then I looked for a table that was already marked with my name on the top of the table.
When I was at the top. There are already very many people waiting to break their fast. Some were with family, taking pictures together and with friends while watching anime. Everything looks very clean and tidy. One of the tables has already been provided with some hand washing and food.
The truffle box restaurant's rooftop is very spacious and can accommodate dozens of people. In the photo section above, there are several seats to just relax or take pictures. All the designs and decorations in this restaurant are really very luxurious. I think this restaurant is a 5 star restaurant in my city.
All the waiters were very busy putting the food on the tables that had been ordered. Several other people were already waiting. Because at that time it was already 6 o'clock in the afternoon. You can see the photo above. The flower decorations are hanging and this restaurant uses a grass carpet as the floor. Really a very good restaurant.
Time flies. Several visitors began arriving to get ready to break their fast. On the 3rd floor this restaurant is really very quiet and relaxing. Sometimes I also see from above the crowd of the street. Because people buy food to break their fast.
In about 20 minutes the time to break the fast will arrive. Several people were ready at their desks. Some people talk while waiting to break their fast. My iftar menu has also arrived and let's see what's on the plate.
So, the two iftar menus have arrived at my table. Ema bought a teapot belonging to a friend who sells and I have ordered the cold tea menu that is provided on the menu. For the main menu, breaking the fast today. I ordered chicken betutu and ema ordered chicken pecak. I can't wait to taste the menu. Let's take a close look.
First, I will explain Ema's iftar menu. As usual a few slices of cucumber, tomato, lettuce and cabbage. Then white rice with fried onions on top. The most important thing is the pecak chicken with green chili sauce which is quite spicy. You can see that the chicken spices are mixed with tomatoes, chilies and garlic. This menu is a favorite in this restaurant for the iftar menu.
Now the menu is mine. There are slices of cucumber, lettuce and tomato. What is special about the menu that I have is salted eggs. The chicken betutu seasoning is very different from the others. Because it only uses a few pieces of garlic, red chilies and a few other mixtures. The most important thing is white rice hahaha.
I can see that I am patiently waiting to break the fast. Ema didn't tell me that she wanted to take pictures hahaha. Everyone looks ready at their respective tables. My first impression of breaking the fast in this restaurant is really very satisfied. Starting from the menu cuisine and service of this restaurant.
