Good morning everyone. Thank God it's Friday once again. The weekend is here... Yaaay. It's been a great week so far and today is the end of another working day and the weekend groove is about to start. The feeling that comes with Friday cannot but be overemphasized. Sit back, relax and enjoy all that I have packaged for you reading pleasure.
On rare occasions, I cook in the morning during working days and today is one of those days. I woke up quite hungry and I couldn't wait to get to work before I get something to eat. If I decide to eat my breakfast in the office, I may not be able to make out time for it until around 11am to noon. This is the reason I had to rise early and set for the kitchen.
I made a meal that is easy and fast to make. No stress, no hassle. I made some yam and egg sauce. It didn't take much time to make and it really did come out tasty. The yam changes color quickly so I had to put into a bowl of water as soon as it was sliced. I guess it's the specie of the yam - it changes from white color to something yellowish.
I got to work almost late anyways because I felt very tired after eating and had to relax a bit and unfortunately I lost track of time.
