Ok! TEEM LEEDERS!
Your teem will still be keeping track of their normal daily stars with the FINAL WEEK REPORT.
But...
You will ALSO have 1500 DREEM tokens to distribute to your teem - any ADDITIONAL way that you see fit! EACH TEEM LEEDER can pick a little something extra to have fun in this final week. and then... simply award those 1500 tokens accordingly at the end!
Just write a post for Monday - telling them how the members of YOUR teem will be competing for their share of the 1500 DREEM tokens designated for your team!
But TEEM LEEDERS - do not forget - you're also competing AGAINST the other teems to see WHICH OF THE THREE teems has the MOST stars, and MOST encouragements!
Each day your members will report to you if they got a star - and each day they will report to you how many members of the OTHER TEEMS they encouraged! Keep track of those numbers! At the end of the week - you will give the total! If any member misses a day of reporting to you- then their numbers for that day cannot be counted. (Please remember that we are all in different time zones though. hehe so give a little grace there!)
OK - TEEM MEMBERS!!
You will be checking in with your TEEM LEEDER - ON MONDAY! Read their post. Find out exactly what YOUR TEEM LEEDER wants your teem to do this week to earn your share of your teem's 1500 tokens! The TEEM LEEDER will distribute according to however they choose to best motivate their TEEM!
But you will ALSO keep track of your NORMAL STARS for the week, and let your teem leeder know each day.
You will ALSO keep track of HOW MANY PEOPLE on the OTHER TEEMS you encouraged. Let your TEEM LEEDER know how many you did for that day too!

"Hi my fearless Leeder! Dreemie - checking in today! I got my star for today! and I also encouraged 2 people from Deraaa's teem - and 1 person from Hope's Team! Go Team Tengo!!!" (or something like that! hahaha)

hehehehe ok... i used to live like that also.
completely at my best and most creative when I was under the most pressure - and always waiting til the last possible second (but the results would be BRILLIANT) hahhaha
until... i got pretty sick from being under all that stress continually.
so i was forced to make some changes. lol now i can actually feel what stress does to my body and mind (whereas before - i was so used to it - i didn't notice...)
but its kinda like when you're off sugar for a while and then you come back and eat something sweet and you can FEEL the energy RACING through your body! hahahaha
that's what it's like when now I'm feeling stress... i can feel it tearing apart my body and mind and it feels so bad that i run away from it! hahahaha
now i try to manage a lot better - but believe me... i know the addiction that it used to have on me. ahahahah being at your most creative in a high like that is SERIOUSLY addictive!!!!!
but for me... was also killing me slowly. and then decided to just stop going for slow and decided to murder me quickly. ROFLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL
