Anyone that has a resourceful next of kin is indeed lucky. Some would go to the extent of killing the owners of the properties just for them to inherit their wealth as soon as possible which is totally uncalled for.

Well, you're right. However, I do feel that people don't pick their next of kin. Sometimes we have them very bad and sometimes we're just lucky. Relatives are things we can't really control.
