Leadership on Earth Requires Creativity That Has Mostly Been Missing, We Need To Change This Now

in Proof of Brain3 years ago

As Einstein once said ‘Insanity is repeating the same decisions and expecting a different result’, yet that is essentially what mainstream politics has been doing for generations and so too have the people who support it. Creativity allow for real change and it is precisely this reason that explains a large part of why creativity is being stifled by those charged with structuring society. If we don’t move to change this now, we won’t have much society or culture on Earth left to structure!

Everything in life has been created, if you look around feel back into your memories, you will find that you are unable to identify anything that cannot be said to have been created through some process or other. The only exception is existence itself since existence does not need to be created, it simply IS.

Despite creativity being so inherent to reality and all aspects of life, we have somehow collectively accepted a use of creativity that is mediocre at best. While some people are very creative and do produce amazing art, music, inventions, writing and more – the majority demonstrate little or no creativity in most areas of their lives. While this is changing somewhat as creative technology tools become more widespread, the implication of long-standing denial of creativity has taken it’s toll.

Not only does a lack of creativity mean widespread homogenous sameness in people’s lives, but since the people vote for governments, we also have widespread stagnation politically. There are understandable reasons why change through creativity is so hugely limited, if a leader of an organisation promises change and it turns out to produce failure in the eyes of whoever keeps the leader in their position, then the leader may be replaced.

In some cases this is sufficient to keep the thinking of leaders stuck in a very reduced scope and frame of reference. However, there is also a more insidious side to this. The more creative people are able to be, the more they discover truth and the more they learn through a wider range of experiences.

While this is excellent for driving humanity forwards, improving life and generally giving us a sense of value and purpose as human beings, it’s not so great for those who have a pathological desire to control and dominate. A target that thinks freely is much harder to control.

When power means survival and ability to create the life you personally want to create, but that power can be centralised and controlled through political processes, there will be those among us who seek to do that and use it for their own benefit. If those same people have control of what is taught in schools and what media channels push to children (and adults), then over time the minds of people can be vastly scaled down and held away from their full potential.

Uncreative thinkers might say “oh, but that couldn’t happen, all of the companies and governments are separate, they aren’t all controlled by the same peope”.. Creative people who dig into the details tend to know differently.

Just because you see a divided world around you that appears to be fragmented and highly competitive, doesn’t mean that there aren’t longstanding covert groups operating to centralise power at the expense of others. Some of the corporations on this planet are hundreds of years old already, but the intent to dominate is much older and the realisation that mass domination requires secret alliances is just as old.

Creativity means the allowance of different views, new experiments, changes in patterns of behaviour and the freedom to choose without coercion or artificial limitation. Whenever you see organisations inolved in perpetuating control of these then it’s likely that you are seeing a warning sign of malicious intent, dressed up as something else.

The ongoing and mounting censorship of mainstream social media is a clear example of this in action. A leaked document from Google, several years ago, literally stated that they didn’t trust people with freedom and they planned to step in to censor and control everything they deemed they didn’t like.

People cannot create the change they need and live the lives they need when they aren’t free to do so or to even communicate about their needs so that they can create freely. This is part of what makes the Hive blockchain so valuable, in that it guarantees people will be able to freely communicate online via a decentralised and immutable process.

However, no amount of communication and envisioning is going to get us far when most of the resources are locked up by those who continually seek to centralise power for themselves and stifle change. The bottom line is that we ALL need to become our own leaders, in our own way – leading the performance and creation of the music that is our own way of living.

The more that we all know for sure, 100%, that this is the best way for us all to thrive, feel good and be nourished with everything that we need in a balanced way, the more we will remove consent from ‘leaders’ who are not operating in our best interests.

In truth, we cannot really FEEL our true nature and our true destiny until we stop handing away our own responsibility to hierarchies and centralised control systems such as governments and schools. You will never know if you really do have the power you need to solve your problems if you never even explore what happens if you trust your own understandings and act based on your own excitement, within integrity, to the best of your ability.

For example, if there are people who lack food, many politicians push the narrative that we simply need to create more jobs and get these people working in order to pay for food. Perhaps if there literally isn’t enough food then they can work for a food company and make more. Ideas of this kind are the tired and biased type of solution that has been normalised for generations, yet in times gone by there was a far simpler solution.. People grew their own food and if they lacked the tools or land then others might help them (more common in some cultures than others).

How difficult would it be for a government to arrange free support to help people grow their own food? Very easy indeed. How may do this? I am not aware of any. This most obvious ‘creative’ solution, is barely creative at all in that it is in no way a new idea, but it DOES channel raw creative forces in that the humans involved are living naturally by creating new food from the Earth, in harmony with the natural way of things.

Unsurprisingly, when this is done with wisdom, the results are fantastic. Next to free, abundant, food, plus satisfaction, exercise, sun exposure and connection to the planet/universe. Such a powerful idea, yet there is resistance – why? Partially, the resistance comes from the expectations installed into people’s minds that say that they have to eat mass produced food and that they won’t enjoy natural food as much. The ‘convenience’ of modern food production has not yet been fully understood to be among the causes of many of the leading causes of death and, again, this is not an accident.

When power and resources are centralised it means that those who wield it get to shape and direct the flow of information in society and thus choice – this in turn means that we mostly only see life take the shape they want it to – which is rarely one that truly serves us all.

There are several key suggestions to consider when resolving this that we can all learn from and embody in our lives:

  • Question everything. The more you ask ever deeper questions about the causes of things in life, the more you will eventually understand how life truly works and how to make it better. You will then be in a much better position to generate creative thinking and solutions.

  • Value yourself. Know that your own existence and soul are literally on this planet to exercise free will and that means that you get to be creative in your own way.

  • Take off the rose tinted glasses. Positive thinking is great as long as you aren’t denying anything. Don’t use fake positivity to cover up problems if you want to truly solve problems. Don’t presume that people are ‘all the same’ or ‘good at heart’, some are very dysfunctional and malicious in intent – they tend to seek to use power to dominate others and have had a long time to practice without being fully understood or noticed.

  • Be creative with new ways to be creative. Every moment is an opportunity for enlightenment and for new ideas. You can start with exploring new ways to think – find the approaches you have been using that are limiting your vision, range of choice and ability to think/live freely and simply find alternative approaches that respect your own free will and the free will of others.

The more you know, the more you can know. The more creative you become, the more creative you can become! Wishing you well

wishing you well,
ura soul

Rationality is subjective, so your experience is not necessarily the experience of others here. :)
