Mi historia en Farming Tales, inició hace unos 4 meses, cuando alguien muy apreciado en la comunidad de Magic DUST en español nos hablo de este proyecto Farming Tales.

En ese entonces sabía muy poco de la blockchain de WAX, pero lo aprendí porque para hablar en el grupo de telegram debíamos vincular nuestra wallet a cambio de unas monedas DUST por cada mensaje que se enviaba, era poco pero valoro mucho el aprendizaje que obtuve de esa comunidad, dónde abrí mis ojos a la Red Hive y casi al mismo tiempo la red Wax, y les puedo decir que son mis dos redes favoritas.

Volviendo a mi historia, nuestro amigo nos envió la información sobre Farming tales, y empezamos a mirar el sitio web, leímos el whitepaper y empezamos a seguir sus redes sociales en Twitter y Discord. El proyecto nos encantó desde un principio, el concepto de un juego de granja en 3D dónde los NFTs están anclados a granjas del mundo real que producen alimentos reales para las personas en Italia y España, además en el futuro se podrían agregar muchas más.

Sin mencionar que el juego estaría desarrollado bajo la premisa de jugar para ganar, y eso lo hacía totalmente perfecto para quienes buscábamos un ingreso extra para combatir los problemas económicos causados por la pandemia.

Para mí fue muy especial descubrir este juego, porque me recuerda los orígenes de mi familia en Venezuela, una familia de campesinos que sembraban y criaban en el campo para vivir de su trabajo. Fue triste que al enviudar mi abuela, con 6 niñas pequeñas se vio en la difícil decisión de abandonar sus tierras y emigrar a la ciudad donde Yo nací y vivo hasta ahora, afortunadamente fue un nuevo comienzo para todos. Después de todo llevo en la sangre el amor por el campo, la siembra y la cría de animales.

Creo que en parte le tengo cierto apego emocional al proyecto por estas razones que con sinceridad les he contado.

Cuando nuestro amigo compartió con nosotros la información sobre el juego, ya se había desarrollado una primera pre-venta, en la cual claramente no participamos. Por suerte habían anunciado una segunda pre-venta para el día 15 de Octubre del año 2021. Toda esta información nos motivo a prepararnos para ese día, porque el juego en versión alpha estaba próximo a estrenarse el día 14 de octubre, donde podrías jugar solo con los NFT de gallinas y Jardín de vegetales, no podíamos perder la oportunidad.

El día de la pre-venta, fue una carrera increíblemente rápida, debías tener preparada tu wax wallet y realizar el proceso de compra en los primeros segundos de la venta para poder lograr comprar algunos de los packs que estaban en venta. Afortunadamente logre hacerme con un par de Animals Maxi Pack, y un par de Building Maxi Pack. Estaba Feliz de lograr esta hazaña, era mi primera vez en participar en una pre-venta del Mercado Atomic y fue todo un exito!

El 15 de Octubre del 2021, abri mis primeros packs de Farming Tales. En ese entonces habia logrado ahorrar algo de dinero que inverti en Wax para entrar a juegos blockchain, y fue una de mis mejores inversiones.

Estaba totalmente satisfecho con mi compra, pero sabía que no podía jugar la versión alpha con estos animales, así que compre 1 gallina y en el mercado secundario para poder participar, porque en la versión alpha solo podias jugar con Gallinas y Jardín de vegetales, ademas, necesitabas tener el NFT llamado: Early Adopter Diorama, el cual te permitía entrar al juego de forma anticipada antes del lanzamiento de la versión beta.

¿Cual fue mi primera impresion del juego en la version alpha?:

En la version alpha descubri por primera vez el mundo de farming tales, los hermosos diseños desde el cesped hasta los arboles y edificios me dejaron encantado. Me gusto mucho que fuese realmente un videojuego, en vez de un clic to play como son la mayoria de los juegos del mercado NFT. Fue increible descubrir que podias explorar todo en ese nuevo mundo, desde entrar a los edificios, correr por el campo, saltar obstaculos y disfrutar de una experiencia de inmersiva con una musica y ambiente agradable.

En la versión alpha, solo debiamos ir a la motocicleta y hacer Harverst para cosechar los huevos de las gallinas o los vegetales, todo esto se agregaba directamente a tu saldo en la wax wallet en el equivalente de cada producto en SEST.

Aunque desde el principio todo era muy bonito e impresionante para un juego NFT, tambien existian problemas que el equipo de desarrollo enfrento y ha logrado resolver desde que iniciaron Beta o antes. En ese entonces no se podia jugar desde el movil o era muy dificil, gracias a nuestros grandes desarrolladores de Unity todo esto es parte del pasado y ahora podemos jugar Farming tales desde nuestro celular sin problemas.

Les puedo decir que me he alegrado con cada victoria y cada paso que dan los desarrolladores y todo el equipo. Con la depresion del mercado NFT por el ciclo bajista de las criptomonedas, este juego como todos los demas se han visto afectado, los bajos precios de los tokens ha golpeado mucho a toda la gran comunidad de juegos NFTs y farming tales no ha sido la excepcion. Pero considero que ha sido uno de los juegos que mas a resistido y creo firmemente que tendremos Farming Tales para mucho tiempo en el futuro, una comunidad activa y unos desarrolladores que han dado todo de si por este gran proyecto.

Después que estuvimos unas dos semanas jugando la versión Alfa, apareció en el canal de anuncios en discord un mensaje de @lykos diciendo que las pruebas en la versión alpha habían Sido exitosas, todos los usuarios habían logrado jugar satisfactoriamente y se habían corregido los errores iniciales.

Fue cuando se anunció que todo estaba listo para agregar nuevos animales al juego y más usuarios. Después de la espera, el juego avanzaba sin demoras exageradas y me gustaba que el equipo de desarrollo siempre cumplió con sus metas en el tiempo justo.

Al fin podría empezar a producir leche de cabras!

Estaba emocionado porque tenía dos cabras de rareza épica y dos Rare. Sería mi oportunidad para aunmentar mi produccion de SEST.

La Versión Beta:

Cuando la versión beta inicio se agregaron funciones muy esperadas por todos los jugadores y miembros de la comunidad de FarmingTales. Yo deseaba ver por primera vez mis edificios en el juego, estaba emocionado por esa nueva función.

Luego de todas estas actualizaciones ví una mejoría total de las funciones del juego, el pequeño granjero se mueve más fluido aún jugando desde el teléfono, así que yo estaba fascinado porque hago todo 95% desde el teléfono, me gusta trabajar y jugar desde mi smartphone.

Desde entonces cada día se han agregado nuevas funciones y la economía del juego ha Sido muy cuidada por el equipo de desarrollo y la comunidad.

Creo que todos apostamos por este proyecto y se que se está forjando un precedente en los juegos blockchain, ya que no existe un juego tan potente con gráficos 3D en la red Wax, con una economía estable y una comunidad creciente.

We loved the project from the start, the concept of a 3D farm game where NFTs are anchored to real-world farms that produce real food for people in Italy and Spain, and many more could be added in the future.

Not to mention that the game would be developed under the premise of playing to win, and that made it totally perfect for those of us who were looking for an extra income to combat the economic problems caused by the pandemic.

For me it was very special to discover this game, because it reminds me of the origins of my family in Venezuela, a family of peasants who sowed and raised in the fields to live from their work. It was sad that when my grandmother was widowed, with 6 little girls, she had to make the difficult decision to abandon her land and emigrate to the city where I was born and live until now. Fortunately, it was a new beginning for everyone. After all, I have a love for the countryside, planting and animal husbandry in my blood.

I think that in part I have a certain emotional attachment to the project for these reasons that I have honestly told you.

When our friend shared with us the information about the game, a first pre-sale had already been developed, in which we clearly did not participate. Luckily they had announced a second pre-sale for October 15, 2021. What was my first impression of the game in the alpha version?:

In the alpha version I discovered the world of farming tales for the first time, the beautiful designs from the grass to the trees and buildings left me enchanted. I really liked that it was really a video game, instead of a click to play like most games on the NFT market. It was amazing to discover that you could explore everything in this new world, from entering the buildings, running through the field, jumping obstacles and enjoying an immersive experience with a nice music and atmosphere.

In the alpha version, we only had to go to the motorcycle and do Harverst to harvest the eggs from the chickens or the vegetables, all this was added directly to your balance in the wax wallet in the equivalent of each product in SEST.

When the beta version started, features long awaited by all players and members of the FarmingTales community were added. I wanted to see my buildings in the game for the first time, I was excited about this new feature.
