Farming Tales Update - New Waxchester

Good everyone,
As already announced many of our developers are away for the summer holidays, but we have decided to continue the work on the release of New Waxchester anyway.

ㅤWe are therefore happy to announce that yesterday we delivered the first test build (Closed Alpha) of New Waxchester to partners and content creators and that next week, on June 17th, we will start the closed tests for the multiplayer part.

ㅤContent creators are already free to show you the very first New Waxchester content; Thanks to WarriorLion for the first video -

Here is also a list of the most important news:

  • We have updated the 3D game rendering system, as required by the latest graphics engine updates; with the next release there may therefore be some problems on some devices, which we will try to solve as quickly as possible.
    ㅤThe goal is to create two different versions of Farming Tales: a light version for mobile devices, and a heavier and more complete one for fixed devices. This applies especially for New Waxchester.
  • The update with the single product sales system is scheduled for Friday 19th; it won't be a big update, so no big downtime is expected.
  • We have officially opened the SEST / WAX and CBIT / WAX duo in the brand new Taco swap; Currently, those who provide liquidity to our pairs can get very high APRs, but I invite you to carefully read all the documentation relating to the swap, to understand exactly how it works before making any decisions.

🚨 Last but not least 🚨

ㅤWe've finished writing Farming Tales' new deflationary economy, which will be released alongside the next update on August 19th:

  • The price for crafting new productive assets (meaning only animals + gardens) for farms will double every year (12 months), increasing progressively every month. The percentage of monthly growth, therefore, will be dynamic and will change from year to year to guarantee this formula. For the first year the percentage will be 5.947% per month.

ㅤFurthermore, it will be possible to craft only animals + gardens in the game, which must subsequently be blended to increase their rarity. From the point of view of expenditure for the player, nothing changes. This change will live on August 19th as well.
