I have had Irish coffee, the combination seems perfect to me, as long as the parts are equal. I can't imagine if it was more whiskey than coffee hahaha. I would have a dizzy spell for sure. I liked your recipe, at some point I'm going to try following it. Thanks for sharing it. Regards.
