Hello everyone and all members of Cinnamon Cup Community, how are you friends today? I hope and pray that all of us are always given health, happiness, and also all our affairs and work are carried out. Good health and income will make it easy for us to hang out or taste coffee in various coffee shops in our city. Of course, a cup of coffee will also make us happy. So, that's complete.

As usual, I want to get back into this community again. This time, I don't want to tell you about the coffee shop in my city. I am interested in making a coffee menu that is currently viral on Instagram and TikTok.

Since the era of social media, people are very easily influenced and follow a trend made by influencers or carried out by many people. Like, there's a dance trend on TikTok and a lot of people copy it. Likewise with food and drinks, many people are influenced by promos or reviews of popular content on Instagram or Tiktok, then go to try it out of curiosity or just to prove it.

In Indonesia, since the era of social media. I found lots of viral foods and drinks, such as Round Tofu, Banana Nugget, Thai Tea, Cappucino with Grass Jelly, Palm Sugar Latte, and also Dalgona Coffee. This week, there was one viral drink whose social media content I often found. The drink is a mixture of Nescafe Ice Black with Ultramilk UHT Milk Caramel Taste. According to the creator of this coffee, it is very tasty and resembles the taste of coffee sold at Starbucks or other coffee outlets. I'm curious, and it's time for us to prove it.

Firstly, I had a really hard time finding these two products. Nescafe Ice Black is the newest variant of Nescafe sold in Indonesia and I only tasted it after walking around minimarkets for a week. Perhaps, the popularity and demand of Nescafe Ice Black is increasing because of the viral content this week. Ultramilk UHT Milk Caramel is also the newest variant of Ultramilk UHT milk, the taste is very unique and I found it in a different minimarket with Nescafe Ice Black. This is very troublesome content, isn't it?

Since I have found both ingredients, it's time for me to try to make it.

First, I prepared a glass and an ice cube, of course I used a lot of ice cubes, because I like cold drinks.

Second, pour Nescafe Ice Black into a glass that has been filled with ice cubes. I used about half of the contents of a can of Nescafe Ice Black.

Third, pour Ultramilk UHT Milk Caramel into a glass that has been filled with Nescafe Ice Black and Ice Cube. The color change between white and black happened, and those moments were really cool.

Fourth, the coffee is ready to be served.

How about the taste?

I try to stir this drink before I taste it. A sip of this drink entered my tongue, I tried to analyze and understand the taste of this drink. My first impression, it's not like what I imagined.

This coffee has a taste that is too plain for me. The milk is too dominant, and the nescafe ice black taste doesn't come out and be felt. The sweetness is also strange for me, hard to describe but still enjoyable. For me, as a cup of cold coffee is still drinkable especially for people who have just started drinking coffee.

OK, message me today. Not all things that are viral on social media must be followed, as I did this time.

That's an interesting online trend. Sounds like company marketing to me. I'm glad that you tested it and gave an honest opinion/verdict. Nice one 👍

thank you for stopping by @leaky20
I think, if it's a marketing strategy. That's really cool, because it involves two products from two different companies. It is very suitable for the current business situation and conditions, rather than competing, collaboration is better.

The current situation is also unique, because the trend started from Tiktok and Instagram. I think that instead of contracting brand ambassadors from artists or public figures, it's better to use those two things and create a trend on social media.

I try to be honest and I think it's right and try to take only diplomatic language.

Cold coffee is not something I feel very enthusiastic about trying, even more so if it is a viral recipe from social networks, they tend to be misleading, however, I was very interested in this Nescafe ice black, maybe I will try it without the milk, although I haven't seen it here in Brazil.

thank you @mariale07
you're absolutely right, people often say don't trust completely when getting information from the internet or something viral. I think, if making good coffee was that easy, many baristas would be unemployed because everyone could make their own coffee.

I don't know, if Nescafe makes the same variant for the rest of the world. But, I hope you get it and try it out in the future.

Maybe the next selection will be better, I have seen these videos of drinks on the networks and they look very easy and tasty, but well I see from your experience that not everything is as it looks 😉.

wow. I didn't know that information about this viral drink recipe could reach Venezuela.
I think whether it's delicious or not depends on the person who drinks it. it's very relative, my opinion is also very subjective. I'm just trying to lower my overexpectation of something that hasn't been tried or tasted.

It was a pleasure for me to do it 😉

Hi @isdarmady,

Add a heading-20.jpg

For the coffee connoisseur that you are, maybe you would enjoy the beverage more if the ratio of coffee to milk was altered?

Thank you for stopping by @millycf1976
I actually made two concoctions for this drink, to get a more drinkable result from the ratio of coffee and milk.

That's good news, I thought you would:)))

You are right, the saying "All that glitters is not gold" applies here.

But it's good to try these viral recipes to know which one is worth repeating or not, thank you very much for sharing this :D

That's very true friends, something that is viral can be duplicated or imitated to prove whether it is worth repeating..

Greetings! Thank you for sharing your coffee experience.
Strange combination but surely worth a try.
Blessings
