Weight Loss Friendly Avocado Coffee Tropicana Slim

Are you on a weight loss journey but still want to drink coffee?

Tropicana Slim Avocado is an instant low caffeine coffee with only 1 g of lactose. It advertised as safe for pregnant and breastfeeding women. This coffee is also good for diabetic people who still want to enjoy a cup of flavored coffee. This brand has several selections including cafe latte and white coffee. I have tried all of them and thus far, I love their avocado coffee.

Inside that box there are 4 sachets of instant avocado coffee.

So, that box for someone like me will only last about 2 days at max. It's also quite pricey compared to many other flavored instant coffee out there. They say health comes with a price and I couldn't agree more. It really comes with a price.

The coffee on the sachet looks interesting. It looks like a barista made coffee. But when I made it, there is a little foam- still not enough to make any significant latte art.

Is It Worth It?

The taste has a hint of strong avocado flavor. It seems they also use white coffee instead of regular coffee. It could be why they mention this coffee has lower caffeine. As I also have mentioned in one of my coffee review that white coffee allegedly has lesser caffeine.

In terms of aiding the weight loss journey, I think this coffee helps. This coffee helps curbing the need to drink sweet coffee and lattes. It's better if you drink unsweetened black coffee but if you crave sweet coffee, this can be your go-to choice. As for me, this coffee helps me manage my sugar intake. Unfortunately, the price is too expensive for only 4 sachets of it. So, I am considering looking for another options. I also use sugar for diabetic patient though I am not diabetic. It has been helping in managing my sugar levels too. So perhaps, I will have to get my own espresso machine and make my own variety of coffee instead of just consuming drip coffee.

Have you tried any coffee marketed as "weight loss" coffee?

Fascinating, I've never heard of this coffee nor of weight loss coffee! I wonder how it's made and what part of the avocado they use, you've made me curious now! Could it be made from the pip I wonder? Interesting, thanks for sharing @macchiata!

same @lizelle! I never heard of weightloss coffee or coffee for diabetic people. I mean by default coffee is safe and is recommended to drink to boost the metabolism for weightloss. Perhaps because normally people drink sugared instant coffee, that's where they came up with the idea. I also wonder which part of the avocado as well since I have tired making avocado juice and adding espresso to it, they didn't go that well.

You've made me curious so I Googled, found a lot of coffee & avo smoothies or iced avo coffee where they use the pulp. But one wonders how they get the avo into powder form to retain the flavour, quite a unique idea not so!

mmm....I am not convinced although I had avacado vegan ice cream and it was good...so maybe I would try it! Eat !PIZZA and drink coffee!

It was just an overpriced coffee that won't make me buy a home anytime sooner 😂

I love avocado but can only eat it raw by itself or as guacamole. Never tried it as a shake or drink, but this could probably be a good enhancer for instant coffee.
Also, weight loss label makes everything taste better 🤣
