I think roasting coffee requires a great amount of skills and technique. I may be wrong of course, but that’s just from observing the process. It may be interesting to taste just roasted coffee and it would be even better if you can compare coffee roasted just before grinding and brewing vs coffee that was roasted a week ago. I think all of the coffees are left to rest at least two days before further processing.

The place really looks very peaceful and I’ll happily enjoy visiting such.
