Exploring beautiful food at the Italian Food Market

This is like torture for me a the moment, since I finally reached my goal in terms of weight I want to keep my weight level now at this level I have at the moment. Food markets that offer quite a good quantity of excellent food are seldom here and I am used to buy nearly all of my groceries and food a the supermarket. When there is a temporary food market in Linz like this Italian one, I am having a hard times since there are often so many good things to buy and I tend to like the sausages with a lot of fat very much. Then there are also always several sweets availabe and I have to miss out on most of them and only pick very few of the good things and a lot of the healthy ones to be able to keepo my weight at my desired level.

But if you see these pictures you probably understand what I mean. What I also really like is when they fill up their sales table and somehow always it is stocked up to the last end and everything seems to be endless, I know this is some kind of psychological thing so that people buy more.

When i see such delicate food and drinks I am always tempted to buy something especially Salami and other sausaged and all kinds of fruits and vegetables that look great to my eye. I am already looking forward to the next Italian Food Market that I definitely need to visit and I will for sure buy some (probably only few) things from there. So now I have to get to make something for my dinner since I am already late for it today.

As an Italian I can say usually Italian diet is well balanced but I must admit there are many foodie temptations ❤️ have you ever tried the nduja?

Yes I know that italian diet is well balanced, but the delicate food we get offered here is only a special selection of food that usual italians eat, and this selection often consists of sometimes a little more "unhealthy" food like spaghetti.

We have the same camera, a Nikon D5100, and I have a 50mm lens. I should get my camera and be active using my nifty fifty. <3 lovely shots at the market.

Yes the 50mm is one of the best lenses, especially for the price. I recently bought a Nikon Z6II mirrorless camera and the FTZ to adapt the lens to it. The D5100 was my first DSLR and I have to admit that I also really liked it.

My D5100 is already a decade old. Hehe! Omg, a mirrorless camera is something I can't afford yet. But that's a great additional camera you have especially from Nikon.
