Hiking into the woods with my newly adopted friend.

I just got a cute little companion that promises to make my hikes more fun. BOI is his name, it is the son of the dog Suki of the security guard at my company. Of the four puppies I asked for, one has the most distinct coat and is cute and feminine, even though he's male. I think the outer fur will strengthen his inner heart even more, as I will gradually get him used to the jungle. We had our first journey together, but it was both happy and sad because he was sucked in blood by a sucker and was slightly injured.

I wrote about a hike into the woods near where I work last week. Going deeper into it will have more BOIs explore with me and see the world in it with a more curiosity and sophistication. I don't fear some large animal in the wild endangering him because that is unlikely. But smaller animals I didn't anticipate, and he had to experience it. His legs are quite short, so he just followed me through the pine forest trail to enter the nearby tropical mixed forest. Where there is more humidity and also more trees.

Summer is filled with cicadas chirping throughout the forest and if you listen slowly and carefully, there are also many sounds of birds and other insects. But their volume is overwhelmed or mixed with the huge number of ticks. On the way we found two large fig trees, an edible fig. Their honey is in a yellow-brown flesh that's sweeter than regular figs, but I had to remove a lot of the mosquito's inner layer. They ripen a lot under the tree and BOI is also quite curious about them. It's like it's lunch time.

We also come across some tiny natural colors that are fungi. They come in many different colors and shapes. Because of ignorance, it is enough to observe and look at it. They certainly can't be eaten with such colorful deer horns. But a kind of this pale yellow copper color looks harmless. u
Uncertain.

We kept wriggling in the forest just because we wanted to find entertainment and relaxation, walking in the green groves brought great rest for the spirit. But the BOI guy seems quite tired, short legs and has to climb uphill slopes, scouring everything around, making him lie down and sleep next to me when I rest in the middle of the forest. And the suckers smelled our scent, they crawled back, but I was quite subjective when I just chased them away from me. But someone approached BOI while he was sleeping on the ground and I found out quite late. They have tight-fitting suction cups and have an injector that prevents blood clotting. When BOI kept moaning, I thought he didn't want to continue, then I picked him up and discovered that the squeegee was clinging to the front left leg. It sucked the blood and swelled up the body. Because the blood was harder to clot, I had to stop the bleeding temporarily with crushed banana leaves and immediately returned.

Maybe he'll come back another day when he's grown up enough to go deeper into the jungle. We went back and bought him some external medicine. His face looks painful and uncomfortable, but soon he will be well and healthy.

This is the topic blog Wednesdaywalkll hosted by @tattooodjay. Even though it's not a Wednesday, he still encourages me to go out for a walk any day of the week. Motivation to go out is a good thing.
Thanks for watching.

Lovely treck @crazy-bee
Great images too.
Sorry about your little puppy, hope he is not in much pain. Wish I could go into the woods too.
Have a lovely day.

It has no serious major problems. If a person is bitten by that animal, it will leave an unsightly scar. Animals will recover faster.
Thank you @sofs-su

Poor little boy !! but he will be fine and surely excited for the future hikes haha

Yes, it is like a child, will recover quickly and be active again. It doesn't take long to be sad.

Such a beautiful area for a walk and BOI is so so cute but sad he got hurt

Thanks for joining the Wednesday Walk, its my pleasure to host it and see all the posts each week from all around the world, including yours, if you have time visit some of the other walks this week there are so many interesting ones

Now he's back in the big game.
Thanks @tattooodjay

Beautiful images, and the perfect company for a walk of this type, it's a pity that BOI's leg was hurt, thanks for sharing your walk with us, I hope you are back at home, greetings and blessings.

There is no doubt that the place looks extremely beautiful, but as much as I find the jungles and forests very nice, I cannot enjoy it because I am afraid of frogs and leeches. I hope your little dog is doing well, he is beautiful.
