Hello everyone in the Wednesday Walk community, how do you do today?
It's Wednesday again. And one of the things on my to-do list today is walking around and sharing it with this amazing community. I would like to clarify again that you can post to this community any day of the week. However, for me, I like to put it on every Wednesday so I don't forget it and don't get lazy.
This Wednesday, I will take you to a field in a peaceful countryside near where I live. It is a large field located at the foot of the beautiful Hai Van. The distance from my house to here is 5km, and the road is quite comfortable. I then sent my motorbike there and walked around to explore.
Buffaloes are grazing in the field. It can be said that it is a beautiful paradise for buffaloes, where they can not only graze, but also enjoy the swamps.
Don't misunderstand this for housing, everyone. This is the clan ancestor house, the place to worship the ancestors of the clans and it is also the meeting place once a year for the descendants of the family.
Behind the trees is a pagoda, I don't know what the name of that pagoda is. But it will certainly be a great place for monks to practice with peace and beauty around.
In the distance are some cottages under the coconut trees. Although they are not big, I think they will be very cozy for small families to hang out together.
Going a little further towards the mountain, I came across a pretty stream. If it had been summer, I would have jumped into that stream immediately to enjoy its cool and clean.

That photo of the stream looks really cool. and by the look of it, it's not polluted! Your countryside looks a lot like in the Philippines except for the houses. ehhehehe

I think we share a lot in common about food and culture too.
Even we look like brothers from the appearance.
Hahahahaha. I must agree. When we were in Hanoi, people will speak to us in Vietnamese and we're just like "huh, I'm sorry we are not Vietnamese." Hahahaha. And pretty sure if you visit Philippines people will talk to you in Filipino too withouy knowing you are Vietnamese!
Haha Philipines is on my list. I should start to learn Filipino from now. 😁
What a beautiful walk, seeing the Buffalos and getting great shots of them, showing us those interesting places and then that beautiful river and waterfall so beautiful

Cái đập nước nhìn thích ghê anh nhỉ. Mùa hè mà lội xuống đó nghich nước là thích lắm.
Anh chia sẻ về những nhà thờ tổ tiên em mới nhớ ra bên NZ ngừoi Maori họ cũng có những nhà thờ tổ tiên như này và họ cũng hay tụ tập hàng năm, có những dòng họ lớn thì 5 năm hay 10 năm gặp hết một lần. Thế mới biết văn hoa của mình cũng có nhiều điểm tương đồng
ủa thế hả e, anh cứ nghĩ nhà thờ tổ tiên chí có ở Việt Nam. Hay nhỉ, chỉ có đi nhiều như em mới thấy được những điều này.
Em cũng ngạc nhiên lắm anh, vì cứ nghĩ ở mình theo đạo phật mới có. Bên này họ ko thờ cúng nhưng cũng trưng bày ảnh, vào trong khu nhà thờ đó, tên là Marae thì phải bỏ giày dép ở bên ngoài với ko đc chụp ảnh bên trong, cũng trang nghiêm lắm
Ồ đúng là con người có nguồn gốc giống nhau rồi thời gian, địa chất chia tách thành các nhóm khác nhau thôi em ạ.
Ui suối mê ly quá a ơi, chỉ em chỗ đi đến suối với 🥰

Amazing place. You are really lucky to have these stunning natural getaways so close to your home :) Oh and the buffaloes are such magnificent creatures... Great post.

I am grateful to live in a beautiful city where there are beaches, mountains, rivers, lakes, forests and countrysides.
