Hello dear HIVE fam!

We passed already the first month of 2023. Hopefully you are all doing well and enjoying the green crypto markets these days.

We enjoyed nothing more than traveling in the mountains and cooking our food outdoors so far and sharing those stories with you. As spring is coming, we have plans to change the locations and go with the flow of life.

Now to our story for the #wednesdaywalk by @tattoodjay!

Weather forecast for the last days was looking great with lots of sun. Today was predicted to be one of the sunniest with at least 9 hours of sunshine. Days are already much longer and what is better than going for a Wednesday walk. With an office job we sure wouldn't be able to do small walks and hikes during the week, but as we work remotely with flexible times and lunch breaks we are trying to improve our story telling skills.

Our days in the morning are starting very similar with short meditation, cup of coffee and yoga.

For our lunch break we went to the river for a walk in the sun to get some vitamin D. As well we took some
Chinesse pasta, vegetables and shrimps to prepare a quick tasty meal outdoors.

Arriving at the parking spot next to the Soća river in Kobarid, we started very happily with walking. Suddenly there was no more identifieble path to continue. There was another smaller stream crossing our way.

The water here is always very very cold as it comes directly from the mountains. Moving rocks from one place to another we built a kind of bridge to cross. Here we had lots of fun, feeling like kids again enjoying small activities.

After passing this obstacle, we where back on the track but kind of too happy about the sun so we decided to just sit down next to the river. Here we removed the shoes to feel the sand on our feets. This was very nice as it felt like spring is coming soon.

After unpacking the backpacks, we switched on the cooking station to start already with frying the shrimps. After around half and hour our lunch was ready.

It was super tasty as the mix between the Chinese pasta and the rest was absolutely delicious.

Back home we enjoyed the rest of the day in front of the fire, working again and playing with cats.

We wish you all a fantastic day!

What do you think about working remotely and what are your experiences?
